Taldryan CON Report 8-24-03

Alright everyone, good news I’m moved into college again, which means no more bad connections at my house and much more of me on IRC! Woohoo! Ok well got lots of news for everyone this week, so read up!

DB News

-The CHAN has posted a poll on djb.org concerning Cresents, I encourage everyone to go and vote!

-The HRLD has bought a registered copy of mIRC stats, if you want to go check it out, here’s where you can find it:

-The ACC running smoothly!! To go check it out and get started on participation, go to http://www.darkjedibrotherhood.org/dbjedi/acc/. I’ve joined and done my training, so if you join you will be able to fight me!!

-Interclub Training Nights will be held every Saturday, at 4pm, in #Outerrim, get in there and represent Taldryan!

Taldryan News

-Ektrosis has a new QUA, and its none other then our very own Dark Adept, Nemesis! Everyone congratulate him I’m sure he’ll make a great QUA!!

-Also another position appointment, a somewhat unexpected but definitely welcome change, the new PCON of Taldryan is former Dinaari Quaestor Freshjive! Everyone congratulate him!

-Now as I’ve mentioned for a few weeks, I’ve been working on getting the hosting for the Taldryan site changed from minos.net, because they don’t want us on there anymore. Well thanks to the efforts of GRD Blade we finally have it! So from this point on, the Clan Taldryan website can be found at http://www.eternalbyss.com/~taldryan

-SWM Shadowhawk has had a competition for Clan Taldryan approved, here are the details:

“Words for Williams” Comp

Write lyrics for any Star Wars movie theme

Scanning correctly with the chosen song is vital

It starts on my birthday and runs to the end of the month!
