Yes yes! It's time once again for the one thing you all look forward to all week....the Gladius Report! Yes, it's Saturday night...do you know where your spleen is?

Anyways, quite a bit happening in the House this past week. Promotions, transfers, comps winners, command staff changes...wait, did I say changes to the command structure? Sadly, Jade decided to step down as AED this week. I would like to publicly thank her for the work that she's put in for the House, and sincerely hope that she continues to do so. In her place, I've selected KAP Aari to step up to being AED...but, oddly, CoFo seemed to have misunderstood Sith's e-mail, and made her AED of Cestus.... But, hopefully, he'll fix that soon enough, and things will get straightened out.

Promotions are next. This week, we've had three promotions. So, everyone must congratulate the following:

-NOV Decease to ACO

-NOV Dranik to ACO

-ACO Raziel Luthien to PRT

Congrats to all three of you! Hopefully, we'll all see many more of those in the future.

Now, for the transfers. We've had two new people join us this week, bringing our total number up to a whopping 22. w007! We 0wnz0r! Anyways...ACO's Valpurgius Kaze Paladin joined us from the Rogues. Welcome, you two! You'll be getting my "official" welcome later...

Let's see...ah yes, SA courses! This week, Dranik took FOUR courses! He's passed Leadership, Grammar, IRC and the Krath Core! Good work! Keep this up, and there's another promotion in it for you... Now, only if the rest of us could do that..hint-hint...

Uh, what else....hmmm...ah yes! The first phase of my comp "officially" ended this Wednesday. I'll still take those character histories, but they won't be elligible for medals. At least not for the comp...something small, saying "thanks for participating." Anyways, it was hard to decide on the winners. So, I shall declare a two-way tie for first, and it goes to Ciara and Telona. Congrats! Both stories were well written, and I can now undestand some of the little things within your characters. Medals will be on the way shortly.

So, Phase One's done...Phase Two ends Saturday the 20th. You'll need to pick two members of the House, and write a story involving them and yourself. They are to be the main characters, not just yourself. This is an excercise in getting used to writting others into your stories...so, that's what you must do!
