Finally I am back in action and ready to write my report.

This will be short because I was gone for the weekend, and I had about 21348129847 emails.

2. We are looking into the possibility of having a competition against another house next month. We will probably have a normal ladder, but I want to add an additional thing to the compeititon. If anyone has a suggestion, and I mean anyone that is reading this report right now, email me and let me know.

4. Congrats to Nikko on his promo to GRD. Way to go dude.
