Hi ho again, Gladius, and anyone else unlucky enough to be included in the receiving of this report! Yep, it's Saturday again, and that means you all must ph34r 73h report! Ph34r 17, I say! Ph34r......ph34r!

Anyways...some stuff happening in the House this week. Comps, new things, and such. So, buckle up, and get ready for....dum dum....BOREDOM!

Well, let's get this out of the way first...in regards to the upcoming Master/Apprentice system. I've heard back from some of those I e-mailed about taking on an apprentice, and it looks like there's a handful of those ranked DJK or above that would be willing to have a little underling. Hopefully, I'll hear from everyone else I contacted, and get more potential Masters.

So, what I need from the JH and below that's reading this: if you don't have a Master and would like one, e-mail me. If you have a preference in who you'd like to have as a Master, let me know in that message and I'll probably be able to set something up. And, if need-be, Masters may have to take on multiple apprentices, if there's that large of an interest...which there should be.

And now, to address prospective Masters: With this system, there will be some training and activity requirements for each pairing. If you already have an apprentice, e-mail me with a sort of "lesson plan"..i.e., what you're planning on doing with your charge to get them through the ranks and make them an active and contributing member of the House and Clan.

Just to reiterate, this System is designed to increase activity in the House. This will be done through Masters working closely with their apprentice, and with short comps between pairings. Details about the comps will be decided upon shortly, and when such things occur.

Anyways, enough of that...just laying down some information, so that you all know what's going on and so it actually looks like I'm working on it. :D

Ok, moving on...no SA courses were passed this week. There were some medals, though. Ma'arkhan was awarded a Crescent with Emerald Star and I got a Crescent with Topaz Star, both of which were for the "Mystics Toast" comp held by Spears. Congrats to us! Also, Spears was awarded a Crescent with Emerald Star for...taking first in some comp held by Ciara, or something. So...congrats!

Oh, and speaking of Spears...again...this is just a reminder about the AWOL check our new Rollmaster is running. If you wish to remain in Gladius, send him a quick message. Otherwise, you'll be removed from the roster...and none of us want that, do we?

Um...what else... Oh yes: my comp. Remember? Trying to bring us closer as a House? Well, that was an utter failure. However, I'm to blame as much as anyone else..I didn't constantly remind you guys about it, and keep pushing for activity. But, I shouldn't have to do that. Anyways, there were no entries for the Second Phase, so no winners there. And, I'm not even going to do the run-on...those who do the run-ons remain consistently the same(meaning, it's the same people) and we already know a good deal of each others' characters from that. So...it's done. Hopefully, we have a better showing when the GJW rolls around...we need to remind the rest of the Order and the DB that Gladius is still the premier Krath House, and that Tarentum 0wnz0rz them.

So, yeah...that kinda brings my report to an end for this week. Masters, be on the look-out for an e-mail from me about your curriculum, and what you plan to do with your apprentice(s). We're going to get this thing going here soon, so I'm going to need all your guys' help.

Oh, and I just had a thought...I might try and organize a House ladder or something over at the ACC, for all of us who have their character sheets done. If you're not on the ACC, I urge you to join.
