Congrats to Brat Stone on his promotion to DARK JEDI KNIGHT. Congrats on your new lightsaber Brat.

This week I was appointed as the brand new QUA to replace Waza. Waza was a great leader for this house for a long time, if you ever get a chance to speak with him make sure to thank him for his long time serving.

So with that I am in need for a new Aedile.

The requirements are as follows:

*Rank of GRD and above,

*Be able to reply to emails within 24 hours maximum,

*Be able to bring energy to an active house,

*Ideas/thoughts on how you would like to see the house 3 months from now

*Own JO, having JA is of course a plus (JK is optional, but again good to have)

Candidates who would make it through the initial "look through" should expect to be interviewed.

The one who seems to be most qualified and gets the position should understand that s/he is there on a trial basis and will not receive the promo to DJK (if s/he is below it) unless he has proven himself! There are plenty of you in the house that could qualify for this position, if you think you have what it takes, send your submissions to Me, Gord, and Dalthid.

Competitions

Our house vs house competition with Dinaari ends tommorrow. I have sent numerous emails today and yesterday and the day before describing the format. So far I only have 1 submission from Brat. It's very simple just write yourself performing a practical joke on some people from Dinaari.

QUA Notes

Well now that I am QUA, whats going to be different? Well that is up to you guys. We have had very slack activity after the feud. So I am asking you all what you think. How can I as your leader, make this house a better house? I have plenty of plans/ideas but I would like to hear some input from you guys, as to what you enjoy doing and what you hate doing. Do you guys hate my reports? Am I boring? I feel like I write the report every week. I feel like I am taking crazy pills! (sorry, getting ahead of myself, that line is from the movie zoolander, watch it, its funny)
