Report number eighteen...wow, where has the time gone?

The Clan is looking into standard promotion guidelines instead of House specific ones. This is mainly so you Krath, Obelisk and Sith, who like to do other stuff, will be able to have it counted for promotion, without question.

House Cleaning. Remember to update information as needed. If you change your e-mail address, be sure to let someone know so they can change it on the group. Mods, be sure you are checking your rosters for changes that need to be made.

Congratulations to all our recent promotees. I am not a huge fan of blanket statements, but if I get too specific, then you might get a big head :) Your work for the Clan is greatly appreciated!!!

Please keep your leadership in the loop with your activity. It is how we gauge your promote-ability. With that said, do not go around your leadership for things like competitions, promotions or problems with members. We are all (for the most part) friends here, but we must still follow our chain of command. If your difficulty is with your immediate leadership, then go to the next in line...don't just jump to Gord and/or I unless all other means have failed.

Kudos to the folks who are enduring mid-terms, and other RL stuff, but still find the time to be active!!! I commend you all. House leaders have been given a little leeway to get rid of their dead weight, and it makes me proud to see that despite your RL business...you're still here.

For those of you who've been nixed, removed, transferred...what can I say? You should've let someone know you'd be LOA for a while. If your e-mail is bouncing or not even replying, then maybe you should change it or start answering some mail. There are a couple who I am sad to see get sent to Rogue, but they had more than a fair chance...I hope they'll return. Let this be a lesson, STAY IN TOUCH!!! Even if its the ol' "I'm still alive...just busy" mail...or you might find yourself on the Rogue roster.
