Greetings all,

Thanks to the work of Dalthid, new emblems for the clan and houses have been completed and will be revealed shortly after each of the summit give their blessings, I for my part already like them, so chances that we are going to be using them are very good .

With the end of October the first run-on training competition is over.

though when I asked earlier about who would be willing to participate, I got quite a number of replies, though I still thought they are not many, it was defiantly more than what we ended up with.

Only a handful of people posted to the run-on, this round, that's quite a sad thing considering the fact that the idea behind it was to train you guys in writing good run-ons for bigger competitions.

I hope more of you will participate in the November run of the competition, in fact I will be doing a twist on it this time based on one of Minerva's ideas. More on that in a separate mail.

As for the October run, as said it is over, though I will leave the thread on the MB open in case Bane and mKel, my two heroes, would like to continue the story.

As you might, or might not know, we have started more concentrated work on the system manual in a team environment, after seeing the disappointing turnout to the competition.

I take this chance to once more thank those who volunteered AND to remind them to look in their mail box, I didn't hear from all of you yet! :P

Another thing that might interest you, yesterday for the second time FF had held his "ask FF question hour" in #DB. so why am I telling you this?

Two reasons: first FF the head man and Grand Master of the DB is offering time to each and every member of any rank to come up and ask him about just anything of interest. So this is quite a good chance to get to know your Gm and bring any thing you would like to his attention.

Second the question hour has no real name yet, and FF was offering the one to suggest a name he would find good enough to use a Steel Cross. quite and easy task to accomplish and a good chance to get the medal seeing that not too many people seem to have noticed the offer.

There are also some interesting things happening in the background... maybe I will tell you of that next week... if I am allowed to! :P
