Yeah yeah yeah. Late report, I know. I've been good lately, so I'm allowed a tardy one.

So this week was hectic. I had 2 midterms and a bunch of advisor visits. I finally got it confirmed that, yes, I will be graduating. I'll be done with college after the first term of summer, like early July. Hellz yeah. Then it's on to Law School for the Jac.

So the buckeyes pulled out another close one this weekend. Gotta love those games that come down to a field goal missing with two seconds left. Also gotta love the fact that Miami got destroyed by V Tech. This is why the Buckeyes are the best team in the country. Sure, Miami may be good, but Ohio state never lets anyone blow them out. Great teams don't have off days that bad.

Last Thursday I played poker for 9 hours straight only to win back the ten bucks that I originally threw in the pot. I'm retarded.

I am really really tired.

As you should have seen by now, we have a new Combat Master! I would like to offer a big Dark Council welcome to Cyris.
I am sure that he will do a great job in continuing what Xizor started within the ACC!

The DC has released our Membership Submission Copyright statement. The basics of it state that if you don't want us to use your stuff, we will remove/replace it under certain timeframes. We aren't going to be like certain other clubs where we say we own your soul, name, and works. The things that you do are yours, but you need to give us notice before you want things taken down, and you need to give us time to replace it.  

This is expecially significant for websites. If you build something for the DB (especially if it is hosted on the main site) you can still claim the specific code, but there is a timeframe we have established for reasonable replacement of the code.

I just want you all to take a moment to read this over. I don't forsee any problems with this subject, but it's good to have a policy for it anyway.

Ok -- it's not often that I have to rant, but this is one of those weeks.  

I HATE dealing with stupid problems that are caused by people not thinking before they act. This week there have been a lot of situations that could have been avoided had the people just used a little common sense. Pointless arguments, bad decisions, stupid bullcrap.  

You need to think, especially if you are a high-ranking member, as you act. I realize there are times when you get mad at things and may want to react, but you gotta realize that there is very little in this club that is actually worth fighting over.  

I've started to be more blunt with people about things, and I'm going to continue with that. If you aren't thinking and you do something really stupid, I'm gonna tell you about it.

So the four or five of you that I've already talked to, set an example for the rest of the club.
