Welcome everyone to yet another report from your trully.

I'm sitting here trying to find something worth reporting but beside one issue, there's damn nothing to report. Why you'll guess ? Well, the answer is really simple honestly, because you give me NOTHING to report. Now I know some of you old guys knows well how a clan report works and what's the use but I think I have to explain it for the freshmen. The mean of the CON weekly reports is to inform all the Houses of the Clan of the state of the brothers and sisters state in the other houses and to keep the DC, in the person of the Emissary(EMS) that's Tron, of the state of the clan. You do have to realize that the Clan structure is much like a family, consider me your big bro (some does already I know) or your distant cousin or whatever, and I'm the one in charge of run the family business; the PCON (Gilkane for those that doesn't know) is the second in command, then it cames down to the QUAs; Those guys are your FIRST contact with me and Gil and that's why the blame falls in part on them, but honestly I can't blame them only as because YOU haven't done much to help them. How I know ? Well, it happens I've used to run Houses for Obelisk and Sith for a long time before been put in charge of a Clan so I know damn fine how things works in an house. We gave you activities one way or the other, clan one, house one, even DB wide one but some of you guys can't simply get it right ? Now I wonder, why did you joined the DB ? I mean, we are no longer with the EH so there's not more lame excuses like there were once. If you joined our ranks it means you do WANT to have fun doing the activities you chose, been that JO/JA, TIE or just writing. I can't really get the point now, because if you joined us if means you want to do that stuff so why aren't you doing them ? You obelisk have had PLENTY of occasions to play both JO or JA latelly but NONE of you did it. I know your last few QUAs hasn't done their job (and that's why they have been fired) but I have kept you informed about it anyway so there's no excuses for the lack of activities here. You don't like your first choice ? Well guys, there are other things you can do in other orders so if your first choice wasn't that good, you may try to change order before start been ghost in our database. The only House that's not giving me truble is Byss and for that I have to thanx first and foremost (is that a word ??) Bant/Jonaleth for his AMAZING leadership.

We have been one step from been shut down as clan for a loong time but that doesn't mean our efforts are ended. We DO need lot more persons to survive and we need it by recruiting. But it doesn't end there. If we want more members we DO need to show our faces around the various activities of the DB, otherwise everyone will think "who the hell are them ? why on earth should I join then ?" and that's something we don't want to happens. Yeah well, unless you don't want to see us close and been all transfered by office in other clans that's it.

Why that rant ? It's easy actually. Because I've done to damn much for that clan, Alvaak first and Exar Kun now to see it close because you simply don't want to have some damn FUN. That's the point in here guys to have fun.

I tried to be mild, to be good but it seems it doesn't work so I guess I have to try to be blunt with you.

Announcment:

Now that I ranted you what doesn't work, here's a brief annouce. OT Sirrius Black and just been removed as QUA of House Korriban as he hasn't done one thing since I placed him in charge. Applications are not been taken at this time as I'm talking with the OHC for a replacement.

Competitions:

Since I recived VERY 4 submissions as whole for 3 different competitions I'm delaying the end date of those competitions till the end of the month to give you some more time to DO something. ALL submission MUST go to both me and Gilkane.
