A few people have been pointing out that my IRC time has been a little flakey recently.

I'd like to apologize for this, but not without an explanation.

My grandfather has been in the hospital for the past three weeks with lung cancer. I saw him for the first time since he went in today.

It's been a tough time for my family, and my time is needed by them moreso than usual. Obviously, this takes precedence.

I'm keeping up with my work on projects and courses, and will continue to do so, but my negotiable free time will be significantly reduced on and off for the next little while.
