Well, what can I say? We've had an interesting week here in Tarentum, and a lot of good things are happening. I'll get right down to the meat of things.
Firstly, we've seen the appointment of PCON within Tarentum. Rekio Corsair has done a fabulous job as Quaestor of Tridens. Both he and Oberst have put in a lot of hard work, and effort, which was showcased in the win for Tridens during the Sith War. By Rekio's personal accomplishments, I knew I had a Quaestor who was dedicated to both his House, his friends, and his Clan, and I couldn't pass him up. I'd like to point out that Rekio has only the best interests for each and everyone of you at heart, and I know he'll do excellent things to help all of you, and to help me make this Clan exactly what we all want it to be. Tarentum is truly going to move upwards in talent and activity, but also in fun, the most important aspect, and friendships.
Tridens is not without leadership. Oberst is still in his position as AED, and Rekio is still acting as QUA until he chooses a successor. I have allowed him the option to choose his successor, and I trust that his choice will be the best for the House. Above all, House Summits, and we Clan Summits, especially, have to remember that we are here for all of you, and it's our duty to make sure this is the place you all want to be. We don't do this job because we have to, we take this job because we want to give back to all of you, as others once gavce back to us.
Spears is doing a fine job of running weekly trivia for the Clan, and I'd encourage you all to participate. It's an easy way to score a medal, and provides some interesting information and facts about the Star Wars universe, among other things. I'm sure he'll be mixing it up week by week, and will put in trivia about the DB, and especially Tarentum, so go out, answer the questions, and score a medal. Spears has a fun time making the trivia each week, so I have no doubt you'll all have fun doing it. The trivia can be found every week at the message boards, at:

I'd like to make mention of the LoreWeavers group at this time. For those people involved, I'd like to ask you people to take a look at the Welcome Letter, and the system info I sent out, especially. The reason I say the Welcome Letter is, we're looking to provide fictional history to the Clan, something that will involve everyone, and that will be the basis of Clan activities for a good deal of time. These are the kind of activities that I would like to eventually mold into the Welcome Letter, so that as time progresses, new recruits will be able to read about what we have done, and what we want to continue to do. Also, for the system info, I say that because, maybe it will give you an idea of things that might flare up in the system, or come into the system and cause events to transpire. It could be a good foundation to work with, along with the other good ideas I've seen brought up in the group. For anyone interested in helping with the LoreWeavers, it's going to be the group that helps plan out fictional storylines that will be the basis of the comps we have in Tarentum. My Keepers comp is still going on, but only until the end of the year. December 31st, at 11:59 PM, the deadline comes around, and the competition closes. I expect all House Summits to participate, so please, get a move on it. Some people have chosen to submit, others have yet to submit. Just pick an event that you like, and run with it. If you like two, all the more better. :) Personally, I doubt anyone is going to be in a mood to write on New Year's Eve, so I'd suggest having it done before then. The Christmas holidays are coming up, and I know that's going to take up a lot of time, so even a little effort everyday will help you put together a good submission. Remember, this is going to affect something that is going to be a large portion of the Clan for some time to come, so put your own mark into it. Keepers comp info can be found at:

Also, during the Christmas holiday, I'm going to be gone. yep, it's about time sithie took a break. From Dec. 19th to the 28th, I'm going to be out of town, and won't have comp access. Rekio will be in-charge during that time, so everything will be ok.
I'd like to take the moment and ask everyone to remember both Zig and Ad-war, two of our very own who are currently over in Iraq. Zig, Ad-war, I hope you two are doing well, and in the time that you guys are away from your families, I wish you well, and I'd just like you to know my thoughts are always with you. Come home soon, and be safe. Our prayers are with you.
Anyways, I think I'll leave the report there. We're going strong, and we can only dominate from here. We're the best Clan in the DB, and I know it beyond a shadow of a doubt. I couldn't hope for a better group of people to be a part of. Let's rock this place, Tarentum. It's right there, and ours for the taking.
