Second last report for 2003 and I'm looking back at half a year as Headmaster. This time has seen quite a few things work and some that didn't work so well. Guess that's to be expected. We're seeing a much larger percentage of members make it to their Clan than in June, but quite a few of them slack off before reaching Protector. To find out the reasons for this, I have prepared a survey for new members which I'll be running and evaluating together with Mav.

Second, I have not one but two Christmas competitions for you, the "Test of Kill" and the "One for a million". Both are rather quick to be done if you want to (you can spend quite some effort on it, too), so I'll be interested to see what comes out of it. One for a million won't even need continued online access to do, so it's an ideal one to take home over christmas. See my separate news post in a few mins / hours for the details.

Third... I have a Magistrate out there who has recently earned his lightsaber and thus fulfilled the last item on my internal list of things he needs to take one step up and become my true right hand man in title as well as in spirit. I thus proclaim the ascendancy of Dark Jedi Knight Spears to the position of Praetor to the Headmaster. May he enjoy a fruitful and long tenure in this office.
