And just when you realize it's christmas, it's all over again and we're back to just writing reports :-P

Grading may be a bit slower these days, I'm trying to catch up for my EPs as much as possible - bear with me if someone is on leave and I didn't immediately notice something to be graded. If anyone feels they're waiting too long, yell out and I'll catch it immediately.

I'm also going to be throwing some beautiful shinies at my staff and Eclectic Pedagogs for great work this year. Since I took over HM, we had an incredible rise in course numbers and very low fluctuation among the professors, and this is to be rewarded.

Before the medal list goes out, it'll have to be approved however, so I can't mention them here right now. What I do wish to mention is however one person who's not gonna be at the top of said list right now - not because of lack of merit but because he's stuck between two medals in terms of merit and I want to make it the larger one, so we'll need just a little more there and I'm sure we'll get there soon: P:HM Spears. Keep it up and I will dig deep :-)

I might reming you of the three current competitions I am grading, two from the HM office itself and one the December KMT.

The TEST OF KILL is so far the most submitted to of these, with 6 entries. Still, no time to be lost, and no medals out just yet! So go and do one today - all it takes is to creatively make fun of a SA test. And I'd appreciate seeing each EP receive at least one...

ONE FOR A MILLION has just two entries so far, so get going and give your DB friends and enemies the most hated gifts you can imagine for a million dollars!

Both of these can be found on the competition center, just scroll down to the finished events as I messed up the closing date and made that Jan 3, 2003... it's Jan 3, 2004 of course!

Last not least, SIXTY MINUTES is the KMT I am running, you have until New Year's Eve (or rather until I get rid of the hangover on New Year's Day) to submit for that. As Alanna never does it, I won't say how many entries yet, but there are more than 0 and less than 10. So still all chances to develop your character and get a shiny in the process!
