Quaestor Report

Yeah, another one of my late reports. But, I was kinda planning on Aari taking care of it yesterday, since I was on the road again from Friday afternoon until about 8:30 last night. So, yeah...needless to say, the House Summit failed to get its report out. Which, I will now try to recify, and attempt to not bore you guys TTOOOO much.

But, anyways...the Christmas season is over, and things should be getting back to some semblence of something resembleing order in the next week or so...once New Year's hang-overs fade, that is. I hope that everyone who celebrates Christmas got lots of cool stuff, and I hope that those who don't celebrate it had an equally fun and safe holiday. I know that I, in particular, will be greatly distracted by my three new games: KotoR for PC, and Budokai 2 and Metal Gear Solid 2 for my wonderful PS2. So, yeah...if you don't see me around for a couple months, expect me to be sitting in front of a game of some sort, feeling my brain slowly turn to an even further paste-like substance.

Anyways...some happenings in Gladius this past week. I'll try not to miss anyone or anything, but I can't promise anything: I've got a week's-worth of mail to sort through, and, sadly, I'll probably miss something along the way. And, if I do, don't hurt me too bad...

Medals:

-Telona got a Crescent with Emerald Star for winning the Letter Run-on, a Dark Cross for her participation in the "12 Days of Christmas" comp run by the High Priestess, and another Crescent with Emerald Star for taking second in the weekly Letter Run-on.

-Alexi was awarded Crescent with Topaz Star for her placeing in the Letter Run-on

-Ma'arkhan was awarded a Crescent with Emerald for his placement in the Letter Run-on, and a Crescent with Topaz for taking third in the weekly Letter Run-on

-Ciara was awarded with a Grand Cross of the Dark Side by the High Priestess, for being her Praetor for almost her entire tenure on the DC.

-Dranik was awarded a Star of Antei for helping Alanna develop the Krath Order website.

Congrats to everyone listed! Good work, all of you!

-Ma'arkhan was advanced from PRT to GRD. Congrats!

-William X passed MSN Messenger and Krath Grammar

-Ad-war passed Krath Poetry

And, speaking of Ad-war...it's come to my attention this past week that he wished to leave Gladius and the DB. Out of respect for his wish, I won't say why, but I will say that he will be missed. And, I think I speak for all us when I wish him a safe tour of duty in Iraq, and that he makes it back to the States safe and all in one piece.

Hmmm...oh, yes, comps! With the end of 2003 rapidly approaching, there's only a few short days to get anything in for a series of comps running in both the House and the Clan. Firstly, there's Sithie's Keeper's Comp. Then, we've got my comp to describe our base, and Alexi's comic comp. Uh...well, that's all I can remember for right now, at any rate. If I've missed any comps, then, PLEEAAASSEE hit that "reply all" button and let the entire House know.

Ok...well, I think that's all this time. So, until next week, have a fun, safe and productive one...and, try not to get too plastered on New Year's Eve.
