Greetings all,

And welcome to the new years first edition of these lovely updates!

So first the speech! :P

Happy new year every one, we here at the summits hope the past year has been a good year for each and every one of you, with awards and promotions, and hope the next year would be as successful for you as the past one!

What? You feel I am not talking to you? Yes you? Come on just cause you been a bit lazy in the past is not the end of the world. This time is actually a good time to promise yourself and us that you would be doing a bit more this coming year, showing effort and willingness to help your clan be a place you would be proud to be a part of!

For all of you with legitimate reasons for not being able to participate as much as you wish, I hope this new year brings you all the success, stability and time so that you can be once more contributing members to this place!

In all my time in command positions I have always strived to be open to all of you no matter what your rank or your position is, those of you who got to know me better by being a bit on IRC, or through mail, know that I have always the nice approachable type of guy. So how about honoring me by dropping me a private mail ( [Log in to view e-mail addresses] ) ? What you can write about? Really any thing you would like about, be it about Star Wars, the club, problems you have, suggestions you have, something you think I should do, RL or even politics!

I welcome any and all of your feedback! so what you waiting for? drop me a line! :)

Krath Epis Dalthid has already foreshadowed it in his report that interesting things are taking shape as we speak. And I can assure all of you that there will be surprises along the way to actually about all of you even for those who think they are informed enough about what's taking place :P

This is a good time to announce to you three new awards opportunities open for each and every one of you.

I have decided to award the 2 members who receive most crescents(minimum of 3) and clusters of fire (minimum of 10) each month with a SoA to encourage them on keeping up the good work.

But that's not all The one person with most activity in the clan in total, even if it didn't result in being awarded a CR or a CoF, will be awarded by me at my own discretion, this means any thing from a promotion down to a DC.

I know first hand from the last ICTE that 6-7 played games can result only in 2-3 CoF's so this is an incentive to make you realize that your input, ALL of it no matter how the results turn out is not only appreciated but worthy of award as well!

I had asked 3 weeks ago for you people to start making activity reports and noting down each and every thing you do here as you do it, and it is planned to turn this into weekly reports, which shouldn't be a problem as long as you keep your activity record file updated all the time.

Now all of you interested in the awards described above, just send me (once more: [Log in to view e-mail addresses] )your complete activity report at the end of each month. if you do it anyway it won't take you more than a couple minutes to add it all into one text file and mail me that.

So yeah let the race begin I guess! :)

Worth mentioning/repeating are the two new competitions by the sith high warrior, that are mp, open to all db members, use about any game you would fancy to play in mp! For more details please refer to the SHW email that I have already forwarded to the clan list!
