Any medals that has a recommendation tied to participation in the GJW will be denied. Seeing as how the GJW isn't over, I believe it to be a little premature to start tossing awards for it.
Remember also that you cannot give awards strictly for participation in the GJW. ph33r the Medal Guide. :P
