Hello again, Gladius. Yep, it's time for another report. Fun, ain't it?

In case you're wondering why Aari did the report last week, it's just something that we're trying out. I realize that the two of us haven't worked together as a Summit, and this is just a little idea that we're trying to see if we can start working as we should. Hopefully, we'll be working as a proper House Summit, as we should have been from the start.

And, that brings me to a point. Last night, I got an e-mail from Sith, saying that, yet again, there's been a general unrest within the House, pertaining to my "leadership." Well, let me start by apologizing to you, as a House, for my constant lack of presence and for allowing things to become too lax around here. When I first took over as QUA, I was working to get everyone to know each other and to come together as a House. In the past few months, I've lost sight of that. I've allowed things to languish for too long, and I'm deeply sorry for harming the House as I have.

Given this, I've made a decision: if I don't get into the swing of things again, and if there's still unrest amoung you guys, then I'm going to step down. I know, I probably shouldn't let that be known to anyone yet, but I don't believe in leaving people in the dark about these sort of things...it just breeds distrust.

So, in my push to get my ass back in gear, you should be looking for a few comps coming up here. I'm trying to work something out with the Summit of House Qel-Droma, about possibly doing an inter-House comp, to get us ready for the GJW. And, of course, whether or not that comes to fruition, there'll be a comp or two designed to get things rolling again around here.

And, if you ever feel that I'm doing my job or anything....please, let me know. I don't like feeling like you guys don't like me, or are afraid to tell me that I'm screwing up. So, if you have any suggestions, ideas, or would just like to scream at me for a while...then, please, by all means do so.

Anyways...enough with that sort of stuff. We've had a few promotions this week, along with medals and SA Courses being passed. So, let's get on to the real business.

Promotions:

-Alexi Vonelv was promoted to PRT

-William X was promoted to ACO

-And I, Jason Hunter, was promoted to KAP

Medals:

-Ma'arkhan was awarded a Crescent with Topaz Star for taking third in the Gladius Comic Comp, a Crescent with Emerald for taking second in the final week of the Letter Run-on, and a Dark Cross for his continual prescence on the message board

-Spears was awarded a Crescent with Sapphire for taking first in the Comic Comp, Crescent with Emerald for taking third in Sith's Zero mini-comp

-Telona was awarded a Crescent with Emerald for taking second in the Gladius Base Comp, and a Crescent with Amethyst for taking third in the "One in a Million" Christmas comp

-Alexi got a Crescent with Topaz for coming in third in the last week of the Letter Run-on

-William X passed ICQ Studies

Well, that does it for awards. I do, however, have one more thing to mention. A few days ago, we had an APP fresh from the Academy join us. So, everyone welcome APP Kujha! Welcome to the House, Kujha.
