Cipher walked into her quarters after a round in the training hall, battling with Seiryte. Her breath was quick and gaspy; Seiryte had put up a good fight. But she needed to calm down. She decided that writing a report would suffice and called a datapad to her hand and began writing:

State of the Phyle:

The Phyle Hands of Kun is still in it's infancy. Progress is being made however. I have been busy securing a decent web-hosting service for the Phyle web-site. So far, I have narrowed it down to three. More details will come as time goes on.

I have been in contact with Szandor about his help with graphics and such with regards to the web-site as he volunteered. But as of late, have not heard back from him.

State of the Tyros:

I must appologize to the following two Tyros. I did not realize they were at sea and as such, I had reported them AWOL last report. I am sorry, and this type of error will not happen again I assure you.

**NOV Relhok Nek is at sea and is on-leave.

**PRT Bartleby is at sea as well and is on-leave.

As for the others...

**APP Keaira was promoted to the rank of Novice for her hard work two weeks ago. Congradulations. But recently, has not been active.

**ACO Szandor has been semi-active.

**APP THRAI has been in-active this week.

Cipher sent the datapad back to her desk and went over to her rock to meditate. The life of the Phyle needs to be stirred, and perhaps, awakened...
