AED Report for Kirleta’s Sith and any Obelisk who like to fly

The Houses are merged now, so we’re all free to do what we please where platforms are concerned. Obbies can fly; Sith can run around and shoot/saber things.

COMPETITIONS AND OTHER THINGS YOU CAN DO TO GET NOTICED:

SITH WAR!

Drop whatever else you’re doing and join the effort to defeat to our enemies. We need both quantity and quality in to our submissions. Only the Sith are able to place in the flying portions…I ask that they try for that. Don’t be afraid to go for the high scores guys :P Obbies: give us the numerical strength we need to succeed.

All fliers should, as a minimum, fly one SP mission and do the screenshot thing. Feel free to do as much of the other stuff as you can; we need all cylinders firing on this one.

I’ve just challenged 3 people in the ACC, and tomorrow I will start flying the SP stuff.

FLIER’S CHOICE comp!

This is the other flying comp I’ve been promising you. It was supposed to start today, but I unfortunately forgot the XWA mission back in the city, and I’m not going back there for a week. I’ll try to get in touch with my roommates, one of them may still be there and able to send me it. Or I might be able to get another mission entirely. We shall see.

Obelisk and Sith can participate in this one. This comp will go for 27 days from whenever it starts, giving you at least one week beyond your Sith War stuff. I look forward to your submissions.

-Join the ACC and do horrible, horrible things to one another.

-Look for Obelisk/Sith comps in the future.

-Join the run-on training team and learn how to help your Clan in future comps. Contact Dalthid and Gord.

-The Dark Voice, could always use fiction submissions….I’ll even help you edit stuff (depending on how much time I have).

-There are always Shadow Academy courses for your enlightenment.

-You can always do some MP flying and earn yourselves some awards. The High Warrior has now made it possible for us to do MP style activities with SP platforms.

“A Singleplayer Challenge (or SPC for short) is a way in which we can make use of platforms like TIE and an encouragement for those unable to play formal MP matches to still come along and have a go at earning Clusters of Fire. The idea is that two people can agree on a mission and a time limit and race to get a high score, or quickest mission time, at the Training Night. After deciding on the details they both have to get their pilot file to the Host before the end of the time limit who will award the win based on who gets the highest score, or quickest mission time, or whatever the details might be.”

The source of the mission doesn’t matter (it can be downloaded from anywhere on the internet, or be from within the standard missions of the platform itself).

-MP ground combat is also a good option.

-If there’s anything else you can think of doing, do it! Initiative is always a good thing and looked upon highly.
