The X access you are being granted will give you auto-op status, along with the necessary commands to keep peace within the channel, and will be surrendered immediately at the end of the Great Jedi War.

I am trying to keep this op list as up-to-date as possible, but it's no easy task. Any DC member, Consul, Proconsul, or Shadow Academy Staff Member is entitled to a degree of access. Others will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis - for example, if someone wishes to use the neutral ground for an alternate competition during non-GJW times, something might be arranged.
