HLK News #22 - April 10th, 2004

Most of you will be receiving two versions of this newsletter. I just want to make sure that everyone gets a copy, considering the nature of the DB email lists.

1. Independence Games
   

They're supposed to start next week, which reminds me that I have to get my event organized. I guess I'll do that tomorrow. You'll hear more from me when it happens.

1. Medals
   

SO Jeff Loruss earned 3 CLUSTERS OF FIRE for participation in the Sith War.

SO Manesh Sadow earned 6 CLUSTERS OF FIRE for participation in the Sith War.

SWL Doni`Tzu earned a LEGION OF THE SCHOLAR for DB meeting trivia.

1. Tiger leaves
   

Our Aedile, SO Jeff "Tiger" Loruss, has left the house and clan, mainly because he's been too busy with IRL stuff. I wish him the best of luck.

1. New AED?
   

However, I am not opening up the AED position, at least not yet.

1. HLK History
   

I have updated the HLK history to reflect the change in leadership and the 3rd Sith War. I'd like you guys to look at it and tell me if I could improve it. Especially older members of HLK (that means you Bob), that'd be really helpful. I'm attaching the PDF to this email.

1. Sapphire Squadron Opened
   

I have opened Sapphire Squadron once again, and have named SWM Bob the commander. Since I don't take the squadrons that seriously, I've left the responsibility of opening up the squadron to Bob himself.
