HOUSE PRIMUS GOLUUD REPORT MAY 28TH, 2004

For those of you who have not heard, you have a new Quaestor in House Primus Goluud, and that would be me. I have to say it's very nice to be back in the best house of Clan Naga Sadow (that's HPG for those of you who are confused). I was Quaestor of this house sometime back before the great rebellion from the EH. After sometime in HLK and retirement (although at this time there isn't much difference between those two), I am back in charge of the meanest damn house in the dark brotherhood (ie. HPG for those of you who are having trouble keeping up).

I would like to thank Consul Malik and Proconsul Tiss for going against their better judgements and placing someone like me in charge and to JH Miack for watching over the house in its time of need.

I have lots and lots of plans for HPG. What plans? you ask. Well its funny you should ask me that.

New and More Competitions.

Thats right, not only will we have a JO/JA ladder every month but we will also have fiction and graphic comps, house run ons, Quaestor Honor Guard, more detailed House Operations and many others.

Getting New Blood in the House.

I will be working very hard at getting new apprentices into our ranks to help HPG grow.

Goat-proof Hammocks will be issued to everyone.

Thats right your very own hammock! Straight from the Rowan Manufacturing Co. in downtown Sepros Prime. These sharp looking hammocks feature an auto- aiming ion turret, liver regeneration bio-pads, intravenous vodka dispensers, a trout holder, and (in case you picked up your sleeping partner in the Goluud Cantina) an eject button!"

Elite Brigade.

I'll be looking into creating an elite brigade of HPG. Unlike the Black Guard, it will not rely on just saber skills, other things will be taken into consideration. Your new Quaestor will need an elite brigade for his black ops.

Having Some Fun.

What an original plan that is. I am going to try my hardest to make being in HPG fun again. I think between myself and Fred the Seal we can accomplish this. :P

And Lastly, you will all be getting a brand NEW pair of

SOCKS!!

I know, its hard to believe, but

I care about all of you.

Along with these plans there is one other item I want to stress as I start out as your Quaestor.

Communication.

Most houses I have been in lack this. I want to change that.

Put it in your address books, memorize it, use it. Anytime you do anything, I want to know about it. If you have a question, a comment, a idea, a suggestion, or just want to talk......I want to hear it. My job as Quaestor is to work for you guys and I am totally dedicated to this task.

I will be contacting some of you personally this week in some house matters, so until than you have only one job.

#002 - The Brigades

I will be contacting the Sergeants on what I need and expect from them. We currently have quite a few members not part of a brigade, while I will not make it mandatory to do so, I highly encourage it.

#003 - Master/Student Program

With new members coming in all the time I would like to get this program up and running. I feel as Obelisk this system works even better as it helps newer members get the feel of playing MP matches in the DB and also works for good training for both the Master and Student.

All wishing to be a part of this program, either as a Master or Student, contact me. I will assign members to each other, but if you have a particular master or student you wish to be paired with I have no problem with that.

#004 - House Website

I am currently working on this ASAP. It should be done within a week, or at least presentable. Anyone that has some nice graphics to put on the site would be much appreciated.

#005 - AWOL check

I know, I understand you just had one. But considering my faith in your last QUA it would just make we feel alot better to hear a hello from all of you. So all you have to do is reply to this report with a simple "I'm alive and ready to kick ass" kindof response and I will be all happy. And as you will find out, a happy Bob equals a promoting and medal giving Bob.
