2004/06/19, 10:00 PM, Consul - Clan Tarentum

(Just another note, for the duration of the GJW, my reports will be in-character.)

Friends, brothers-in-arms, faithful Clansmen of Tarentum,

We continue to be at war with the forces of the Antarans... or so it would seem. We have received word from the Sith High Warrior that the Antarans have been wiped out; few yet remain, and those are the prisoners we have taken. Their shipyards are ours, and once we have established ourselves there, and upgraded them to service us, the Brotherhood will begin expanding upon our fleets. Perhaps the Dark Council will bestow ships upon each Clan, but for now, I expect the future will see the Dark Council's fleets expand, and strengthen.

We have had a short break in the hostilities, with Lord Jac Cotelin being called away to survey some of the destruction we've visited upon our enemies. Last missive from Lord Cotelin said that we would continue our offensive upon this beginning of this next week. The question begs asking, if we have defeated the Antarans, to what do we now turn our eyes to? What now, becomes the target of the forces of the Brotherhood?

We have had several elevations within this past week in Tarentum, with several faithful members being honored for their actions so far within the War, and previous times. I'd like to congratulate Pontifex Telona Murrage Tarentum, Primarch Zigurath Tarentae, Warlords Lenzar Demonis Entar-Serpenti and Rekio Corsair Serpenti-Tarentae, Archpriest Spears Tarentae, Priest Dranik Aquillarum, Warrior Welshman Corsair, Knight Licah Fox, Jedi Hunter Sauron, and Acolyte Shimas. There are several others who are yet to be rewarded, and I assure you, the rewards will continue for those who help Tarentum to achieve dominance over the other Clans. There are none higher than the warriors of Tarentum, and no Clan is capable of defeating us when we act as a united group. I encourage everyone to continue to give every effort available to ensuring our victory.

There are quite a number of opportunities to further your own careers, and opportunities to be active, and participate in the current events. War comes upon us, and it requires every member of the Clan to be victorious. We have yet to discover what this next chapter in the history of this War, and the Brotherhood holds for us, but let it be said that the warriors of Tarentum are brothers first, and warriors to dominate the other Clans.

I would encourage you all to meet with us as often as possible, in the Clan gathering center of #tarentum, using the capabilities of the Undernet to allow us all to meet often. For those not yet capable of using this, I would encourage you to go to http://www.mirc.com/ and download their free mIRC client. This can help us to move closer together as friends, and brothers, and help us to achieve greater victory. If you need help, I al ever capable of assisting you to figure this chat client out, as are your leaders.

We stand on the verge of our greatest hour, Tarentum, and I call you to stand ready to achieve victory. I will not stop until we have raised ourselves to the top, and declared victory, and made the other Clans bow down to us. Your strength makes the Clan undefeatable, and your arms, and friendships make us all unbreakable. We are strong together, and weak apart. Come, join our strength, those who have yet to find Tarentum to be your home, and know what it is to stand with the greatest warriors the Brotherhood has yet to see.
