Okay, My deepest apologies for the lateness of this report. I've had a busy last ten days and have slacked way too much with my duties. I am back however and am back in the swing of things.

Phase Two is....uhmm....starting...any...day....now....honestly. :P

#002 - The Dark Renegade

_ Brigades are the basic Obelisk organization unit within the Dark Brotherhood and fall under the command of a Obelisk Sergeant. These teams are grouped within a particular House, all aligned to the same Order. The teams can consist of up to twelve (12) Obelisk Troopers. Upon completing training in the Shadow Academy, new members are offered a chance to join a brigade with the rank of Apprentice. Further ranks and awards can be gained by active participation in the team. Troopers in a brigade are the first members called upon to participate in Vendettas and other competitions. If a member is not in a brigade, he/she is placed within the Aeotheran Home Guard. _

The brigade of House Primus Goluud, for those of you unaware, is The Dark Renegade. Currently it has only four members. Now our house has 18 members (give or take 5 awol members); 4 in the brigade already, 2 house summit members, that leaves (Bob runs out of fingers and starts counting toes) 12 people that are eligible for membership in a brigade.

Located deep within the cold recesses of the Black Citadel is the centre of operations for the training and tuition of all new Obelisk clansmen of Naga Sadow. The academy is the first installation that all new members arrive at, and it is here that they are appointed a Master, a personal trainer who will subsequently pass their own knowledge onto their new Student until such a time as that the Student has completed the Trials and attained the rank of Dark Jedi Knight.

I started this report with an a apology and I'm ending it with one. My job as Quaestor is working for you the members and whenever I slack off a bit I am failing all of you. My leave went longer than expected, but I am back (for good or bad).

I have alot of little things in the works right now. I am currently modifying/completing the HPG history that Raist wrote some time ago and am making a detailed description of our planet and base of operations. Hopefully these things will give our house a little foundation to build on. Anyway, as I have said I am sorry and hopefully the results from Phase One of the Great Jedi War will be released soon and we can get on with kicking some ass in Phase Two.
