Chapter is all over, yay for another GJW-break! All of you did a GREAT job in submitting this round, congratulations! Now for the report…yay again!

-Chapter 2 ended on Friday night, and we got a really good number of submissions in! Here is the list of Clan submissions for Chapter 2:

That’s a great job! We were more than 20 submissions ahead of our nearest competitor! Also, ACC matches are not counted YET because we are waiting for the official numbers from the Judges.

-Now all those numbers count individual MP matches, and if you remember in the days before Chapter 2 ended I said I wanted a goal of 60 total submissions (not counting individual MP matches). Well I just did the count and….we had 65!!!

-Just a couple more statistics (for those of you who are interested). With 22 people participating out of the 66 in the Clan, that gives us a participation rate of 33%, which is down from 36% last chapter…but we did get more new members, so it just about evens out.

-The top 3 overall submitters are: 1) Dark Sabre (33), 2) Kir (26), and 3) Sharad (21). Dask_k is close behind with 19, and that puts him in 1st place for the non-summit member standings! I know you guys don’t want us summit members to win for most submissions, so try and catch us!

-It will probably take a week or so for the grading to be done for the Chapter 2 submissions, especially since the ACC matches will take quite some time to grade. So take a week or so off from DB stuff so we can come back strong for Chapter 3!!!

Clan Taldryan News

-Most of the Clan news for this week is that we kicked ASS in submissions for Chapter 2 of the GJW, I’m proud of all of you! Now lets hope when the final grading comes through that this puts us in the lead!

-Today I received an email from a member of the EH, he is actually the Headmaster of their Shadow Academy, Daniel Goad. In this email he gave me a link to an old Taldryan website that has LOTS of good information for me to use in the Clan Heritage Project. I’ve included this in my report because I think that many DB members (especially the newer ones, who weren’t around for the split) think that the EH is made of evil people, when it really isn’t. The split was an unfortunate event that left good people on both sides, try to keep that in mind, and thank you Daniel!

-It’s time to announce two new members of the Cohors Praetoria this week, and I’m going to go strait off the submissions rankings and therefore make Sharad and Shadow Warrior its newest members, congrats you two!

-I’ve gotten a new Taldryan JO server for all you JO players to use! You can find it here...IP: 66.246.72.196 Password: Talpwnz

-All Clan Projects and Programs are on hold for the duration of the GJW.

DB News

-Remember all news posts on djb.com are “in character” for the duration of the GJW, so that is why they are a little different than usual.

-Not too much DB news this week other than the end of Chapter 2, also there is a report on djb.com that the Sith order is possibly made up of sissies…(now lets see how many of you actually READ my reports!)

• The Weekly Multiplayer Competitions are still going on regardless of the GJW. The dates and times can be found on the Clan Taldryan website in the competitions section.
  

-The Krath Monthly Topics (KMTs) for July are “Déjà Vu” and “Obsession”, more details can be found in the KHPs weekly report. While these are good writing exercises that I like to see our members complete, I STRESS that GJW events should take precedence over these!
