From the Dark Council to House Tridens, we've seen a lot of positions changes; some shifting of leaders, some new faces. This is just part of the things for come, for Tarentum, and for the Brotherhood. For a long time now, Telona has severed at the side of Clan Tarentum with the utmost loyalty and dedication. All of my advisors had gave her their vote of confidence on becoming Proconsul, and with the effort she's put into working on the multi-order stuff, she won me over. So, I'm very proud to announce that Pontifex Telona Murrage Tarentae will now serve Clan Tarentum as Proconsul, helping me to guide and lead the clan in this new age of greatness. </div> <div> </div> <div>Changes in the Dark Council</div> <div>The Chancellor,  DA William Flechette Taldrya Cantor, resigned </div> <div> </div> <div>GM Jac Cotelin has succeeded to the Iron Throne once again, and in a rather lengthy news post following changes occurred:
DJM Kaiann has filled a new Council position, Lord Hegemon.
Epis Spears Tarenate has been elevated to the position of Headmaster.
DA Telaris "Mav" Cantor has been elevated to the position of Deputy Grand Master.
The position of Lord Chamberlain has been deleted.
The position of Chancellor has been deleted.</div> <div>The Seal of Loyalty will be now given on two dates, the anniversary of the Split, and the November 6th.</div> <div> </div> <div>The powers and duties of the Chancellor as well as competition approval, are now the responsibility of the Master-At-Arms</div> <div> </div> <div>House Summit Appointments</div> <div>With Spears becoming Headmaster, a new Aedile was needed for House Galdius. By the recommendation of both Anshar and Spears, my apprentice, Warrior Welshman Corsair Tarenate is the new Aedile of Gladius. Tough no one can ever replace Spears, Welshman has a lot of give to House Gladius and Clan Tarentum and I look forward to the good work that he and Anshar will produce together.</div> <div> </div> <div>The vacant spot of Quaestor of House Tridens, left by Lenzar's departure to Clan Naga Sadow, has been assumed by Warlord Doni Tzu. It was a bit of trouble finding someone who could get along with Oberst, but Doni happily accepted the position and will be a fine addition to the leadership of Clan Tarentum. </div> <div> </div> <div>And finally, the open position of Roll Master was occupied by Dark Side Adept Pyralis. Pyralis has been nothing short of an amazing addition to Clan Tarentum. He's done a lot to help out since rejoining the clan and has aided me in a great many things. With the position of Roll Master, Pirellis will be able to work with the house and clan summits and continue to be a contributor to Tarentum's success.</div> <div> </div> <div>Honoring Tarentum</div> <div>As I never can manage to express things as brilliantly as the dear Marshal, I find it easier just to paste in Oberst's email rather than butcher it:</div> <div>__ </div> <div>For his service as Proconsul, his steady leadership during the Great Jedi War, we do hereby name Sith Overlord Rekio Corsair Tarentae, Consul of Clan Tarentum as Governor-General of the Yridia System, for life or until he so chooses to relinquish his station. That he has been a moderating influence on the Clan, striving to keep extreme opinions from ever taking over, forever shall his voice be welcomed by the leadership of this Clan, now and forever.

For her service, including her recent tenure as Tetrarch of the Keepers of the Night of House Gladius, we do hereby name Krath Pontifex Telona Murrage Tarentae, Proconsul of Clan Tarentum as Seraphi Ater, the Dark Angel of Tarentum. As she stands now in defense of our Clan, and has for many years, so shall she continue, forever and always. By her hand shall the guilty be vanquished, and by her hand shall justice be done.

For his dedicated service to Clan Tarentum we do hereby name Obelisk Prelate Zekk, Sergeant of the Blades of Malice as Commandant of Tarentums Military Training Facilities, whose location shall be disclosed at a later date. Zekk has shown a willingness to help our membership learn the basics and then the intricacies of one on one combat. It is only fitting that we honor him with command of our instructional facilities, that all members, new and old, can benefit from him.</div> <div> </div> <div>Future Clan Happenings Revisited</div> <div>Back in June, my predecessor, Bloodfyre, sent out an email to the clan regarding, among other things, the clan competition and multi-order houses. The very same clan competition and multi-order houses I've been harking about. A prelude to the background of the competition will be released soon, but rest of the specifics will continue to be withheld until it takes place. As mentioned before, the clan will be split into two team and will be competing against each other.</div> <div> </div> <div>Now on the topic of multi-order houses, you're already beginning to see the start of this transition. If you've noticed, there is a Sith Aedile in a Krath house; this is a sign of things to come. Multi-order houses aren't going to be these slop-jobs of merging Sith and Obelisk houses, but making houses up of all three Orders, as it used to be. This does mean some rather significant changes, including the temporary closure of one of the houses, and the shifting of some more positions. From a leadership standpoint, not every house has enough people to split evenly among three houses, and would make it a bit easier to have a fair mix among two Houses. Obviously, if we have to temporarily close a House, it would mean some leaders would be temporarily "out of a job," but leadership would be arranged as best suited to an active Clan, and to the situation. </div> <div> </div> <div>But all that aside, there are a lot of benefits to being in a multi-order system. The changes being planned at really exciting, and will give clan member a lot of freedom and power to organize themselves within a house. And since the DC and Order Leaders have decided to "do away" with restrictions on activity and make it so people can now do anything desired, this will help people get involved in different activites. Like I there a lot of benefits to this, and there will be an email detailing all the benefits and intended changes soon enough. </div> <div> </div> <div>Gaming Nights Reorganized
As issued by the Sith High Warrior, Gaming Nights to be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays in #gmrg. Tuesdays will be 1v1 games, and Thursdays will be 2v2 or more per game.In an effort to encourage more participation in these events, a Dark Cross will be awarded to everyone who scores five wins and a Star of Antei for those who score 15 wins. This is something we've neglected for a long time and that I've been meaning to do. Clan Tarentum is the only clan with fields six full squadrons of starfighters. Yet, they don't have names. I was going to ask the clan for suggestions anyway, but I figured it'd be better to give you something for it. So, we're going to have a little competition. Clan members will submit name suggestions for Tarentum's starfighter squadrons. The top three names chosen will get Crescents: Emerald, Topaz, and Quartz Stars.
