  <td class="Basic">**-BOWS-**  

    Hello everyone, this is going to be my first real official type QUA report since being assigned as the new QUA of Galeres. Now I'm sure I haven't had the chance to speak with alot of you, and for that I must apologize. Usually when I come to a House I make it my goal to get to know each of the members on a personal basis. As they say, it's best to put a name with a face (or rather persona), and I like to do just that. Last week I sent out a report, and I don't think it got to anyone...but it wasn't all that great to begin with so I wasn't worried about it. This report, being the final step in getting Galeres on a new track will outline a few things and hint everyone as to whats going on. First off I would like to explain the sections of my report for those who want to know. All of my reports will be done in this format. A minor change or two may be added in the future, but for the most part it will look like this. It always starts with a small introduction saying "Waz Up to all my peeps" and anything that isn't severely important to read. From there we move on to the News section: The news section outlines anything important that should be noted by everyone in the house. Activities: This section describes what kind of activities are going on DB Wide, Clan Wide, House. Deep Dive is a special section all it's own it's where I'll give small hints at what the House Summit is planning on doing. Awards is self explanatory...if there was an award given out this week it'll be there. Misc. This section is where I say it's over and rant on about whatever it is I want to say.</td>

    Seeing as how this is my first report, I'm gonna pretend like I don't know what activities are going on. So the way this is going to work is anyone who can submit to me a full list of activities from DB Wide - Clan Wide - to House Competitions is going to be getting a reward. Simple and Clean? Send the mail to me.

  <td class="Basic">**[Deep Dive]**  

    The House summit, while watched over by the Clan Summit, has begun talks on a few new systems to implement. These systems will be accompanied by a nice Guide to explain everything...and new competitions that will build up on these new basis. Keep your eyes open for when these projects launch of the ground. </td>

    Many CF's were given this week, and I do believe some higher medals were also awarded. I only noted of one promotion.  


    If you know who got what medal, and which person got a promo...send me an email and you'll get 1 point for every name mentioned. </td>

  <td class="Basic">**[Miscellaneous]**  

    Throughout this report I've given chances for you to earn 'points'. You're probably wondering 'What are points...and do I really care if I can get x amount?' Well the 'points' are part of a new system that will be hitting Galeres within the next week or two. This will be your only major chance to earn points through one of my reports, so I do urge you to compete in this small **Fill In the Quaestor Report** competition. While I can't say what these points are worth...I can say that they are worth something and anyone serious about being active will want to claim as many as they possibly can. Aside from this, I do feel that I've situated myself with my new tasks. I'm always open to idea's, and I do have an open door policy. So if you ever come up with an idea for a competition, have a problem, or just need someone to talk to, feel free to seek me out (IRC, email, anything) and I'll do what I can to help you.   


    By the Way, Happy Halloween to everyone. I hope you get as much candy as I bought for myself. Remember be safe out there, don't party to hard, and make sure you check your drinks and candy for anything sharp or poisonous. Hehe. </td>
