So it’s the holiday season and we all know what that means. Yes it’s exam time! I feel pity for those of you who are in school. ducks the book that’s thrown at her So take your mind off of it and die a funny way in a SW game then send details to me.

Clan Updates

Well things seem to be going good. Things have settled down and we leadership type peoples have started working on things. There are a few changes in the works but that’s all hush hush. Also, until exams are over we won’t be doing much to further the clan competition. I’m working on most of the literature so that’ll be done by the time everyone’s done with their tests. This competition will be a good explanation for the MO and the start of our journey into clan powers. How exciting!!

Well since the Yu VS. Tarentum got some publicity there have been more matches played. Even I played a match and got my butt kicked. So if you want an easy kill just challenge me :P

Game: Jedi Academy

I was doing the JA mission for Chapter 4 the 5th Great Jedi War. I was in the section where the floor falls away and you drop into the big room with a Rancor, some Guards and a few Jedi opponents and have to get out via the elevator. The method I had developed was to hit Speed as I fell through the floor, run towards some of the Guards, kill them and get the key that allowed me to access the elevator control panel. By that time the Rancor was close to me so I would turn and run away from him which headed me toward the opposition Jedi. I'd run/jump/kill as necessary until my Force power regenerates and I could hit Speed again. I could then activate the control panel for the elevator, get in and move on.

Anyway, this particular time I only managed to kill one of the Guards before the Rancor was upon me, so I ran a big circuit of the room while my force regenerated, hit speed and headed for the elevator. Between me and the elevator control panel was some kind of big electrical discharge so I did a sideways jump to get over it. Little did I realise that the Rancor had decided to clean up and eat the Guards I had left behind. As I did the sideways jump I effectively landed in the Rancor's grasp as he chomped down on some other poor fool Guard and got us both at the same time.

It would have been funny if the mission hadn't been so tough.. (Telona agrees)
