Important Stuff
Konnichi wa, meat puppets. How art thou this bleak, rainy morning?
Several important happenings this week... for one thing, we got ships from the Great Jedi War. So, the navy of Marka Ragnos now consists of:
1 Silvuit Corporation Vibre-class Assault Cruiser (VAC) To Be Named
12 Tie Interceptors
4 XG-1 Star Wings
4 A-9 Vigilance Interceptors
Not bad, eh? Now we just need a name for the Assault Cruiser... several suggestions have already been made. You have until the 19th (next Sunday) to get your ideas in- from that date, myself and Muzzy will judge which one we like the best, and HMRs new Cruiser will be officially named. I might even write a short fiction detailing the naming ceremony, and doing the winning member due justice- which, come to think of it, I could talk to Mav about putting on the Order of Battle site, if there's a section for information on CNS's ships. However, that's all hypothetical at the moment... keep those names rolling in!
Also, several big promotions this week- firstly, Kali Desdemona was promoted to the rank of Dark Jedi Knight for generally kicking arse over a long period of time. Congratulations, Kali! Look after that lightsabre now... ^_^ And secondly, teh Ordomeister got promoted to Krath Priest for also kicking arse, as well as searching through a virus-ridden computer to try and find information on the Frigate that CNS was supposed to get back in '99. Yay Jack!
And now it's competition corner time! ^^ From what I can see, the Artisans competition is now officially OVER! Now we just have to wait with bated breath for Korras and Malik to announce those results... drum roll ^^ Muz seems to have returned to active duty following a short period of downtime, so the Naga Sadow ACC Ladder should go ahead as planned- keep your eyes peeled for that. And of course, there are always the Character Development and KMT's to write stuff for... so there's no excuse for inactivity! Get to it! ^_^
Medals, Promotions, Random Gubbins
Again, thousands upon thousands of Clusters of Fire awarded... well, not quite. But still lots- to Jasru, Tissaya, and Lenzar. And Lenzar also got a Dark Cross and a Legion of the Scholar... see, peeps? That's how to be active. Copy Lenzar and by the time Rebirth rolls around, you won't be able to move for amazing stuff. ^^ Also, Raistlin Sadow got a Legion of the Scholar and Link Vortex was awarded a Dark Cross and a Crescent with a Sapphire Star. Well done both of you! ^^
As for promotions: Cloud Arcanum was promoted to Novice, and then to Acolyte! Congratulations, Cloud- keep it up and you'll be DJK before long. However, since you're moving into Ludo Kressh we won't be able to keep tabs on you... :( Keep up the good work in Ludo Kressh, Cloud!
The Weird and Wonderful World of Your Aedile
Feh. Not that bad at the moment, actually... although I did feel pretty crappy last night. I had to work from 6 until 9, after having been at college all day. Yuuurgh. But still, at least I'm getting paid more for it... so much so that, in January, my bank account is probably going to be stuffed to bursting ^^ Now I just have to think of something to buy with all that money... ¬¬ Or I could actually save some of it, and use it when (if) I go to Japan next year. That would be good... I'd be able to go to the place I've always wanted to visit and go utterly crazy buying stuff. Eheheh... imagine me let loose in an old-style Japanese market with lots and lots of money. Yeesh. I'd run out of space to put everything... have to buy two more suitcases just to get all the kimonos and masks and woodblock prints back home again... ¬¬ Oh, and the Nightmare Before Christmas rocks insanely. Jack Skellington is my new hero, alongside my cool samurai dude from Way of the Samurai 2 who uses a naginata and Zatoichi. ....I have crazy heroes. ^^
In Conclusion
