 G**reetings, and welcome to my report. Last week was very hectic as my classes all made last pushes for assignments due in before finals. So yes, that means I have finals this week. The good news is I had three of five finals today. The bad news it my toughest final is Thursday. So, expect me to be rather busy as I study and prepare for my finals. Additionally, I will probably be going away on Friday. I will have limited internet access to check mail and the like, but my IRC presence will be minimal during that time.  

 I would like to thank all of you who have congratulated me on my promotion. It was definitely a surprise to come online after a study group to find people talking about my promotion. Thank you for all the kinds words and praise that so many of you have given me in the last few days. If I missed thanking you individually, I apologize, but I do appreciate it. :)


**Interclub Training Event**  

 Congratulations go out to Lenzar for taking this week's All-Star spot. This marks over a month of having at least 90 matches played, which is a remarkable resurgence in activity since a couple months ago. I'm glad to see everyone out there having fun. And, Merlance got another second spot... as usual. :P No one qualified for the third medal, so it went unused.

To Clarify the rules on Crescents and All-Star awards in the ICTE: In order to place for crescents in the ICTE, a member must play at least 7 opponents and earn at least 12 CFs. The person who meets both of those criteria and also earns the most CFs that week will be added to the ICTE All-Star list, and awarded with a CR-1A. A CR-1S and a CR-1E will be given to runners-up who earn enough CFs but do not take the top level of participation.

Return of a Flagship

Over a year ago, I was collecting information on the various possessions of the Clans. At that point, Naga Sadow had written about a Frigate by the name of Foresight which they had believed they had won at one point. However, I could not substantiate the claim with my own documentation and, at that point, none was provided. However, recently Korras approached me with new information relating to the Firgate Foresight. After consulting with Arania and other members around at the time it was rewarded, the Foresight was a prize Naga Sadow earned by defeating Aquillas in a Clan Feud. Because of this, I hereby award and officialize the FRG Foresight as a possession of Clan Naga Sadow. Congrats, guys... Now rename your STRKC. :P

Order of Battle

I plan on starting the updating process for the Order of Battle this week, though it may not be finished until around Christmas or a little after. The Foresight as well as all the new GJW ships will be added to the site, complete with images and statistics for each ship. The stats used for GJW ships will be d20 stats - in the future, we may provide XWA-style stats, as well, but for now, the ships will be added with d20 stats.

*New Consul of Exar Kun, Former Consul Recognized *

As Jac announced, Khalin is the new Consul of Exar Kun. Many on the Dark Council have already worked with Khalin in the past, so the transition to the new Consul will be seamless. In his first move as Consul, Khalin appointed DA Jonaleth as his Proconsul. Congratulations to both of you on your new position. Also, congratulations to Khan who received an Emerald Dagger for his year and a half of dedicated service to Exar Kun and the Brotherhood. :)

 The various DB members playing WoW have united on Icecrown. Grand Master Emeritus Firefox has started the guild "Shards of Fate" in the Alliance. If you're looking for a group of people to play with, check out Alliance on Icecrown and send a message to any of the members of Shards of Fate online. Many of us are in the DB. :)
