Dark Greetings Ziost.

I hope everyone had an excellent new years, and whatever holiday you might celibrate. Now that the holidays are over, it is time to start focusing back on house matters. The summit is going to be working very hard togeather to see to it that Ziost is in top condition. That means that everyone will need to put a hand in to assist. Every position has its job, and it needs to be done. I am going to go ahead and explain this houses orders from the AED.

Apprentice to Novice - Get your training complete. If you need any help, ask your battle team leader for assistance. If they cant answer your question, then come to myself or the Quaestor once he returns.

Acolyte to Jedi Hunter - Work to become a Dark Jedi Knight within the house. Everything you do will be noted and you will be compensated for your time and efforts. Also assist newer members if you can.

Dark Jedi Knight and up - You are the finest the house has to offer. It is time to act like it. Set an example for everyone. That means in activity, and in leadership. Leaders dont pick fights with other clansmen or complain about how things are going to be done. They find a way to succeed and surpass those who pose eqaulity to them.

(Master and Apprentice)

As soon as the Quaestor returns, a M/A program should soon be out after. I just need to consult him on a few things before I make any official acts on this. For now, I will allow the following on this.

Dark Jedi Knights - You are allowed to choose ONE apprentice. You are allowed to train them in whatever gaming platform your order requires you to play. You do NOT have promotional or award authority over your apprentice. You are only allowed to train and guide your apprentice for now. All updates on your apprentice is to be sent to the Aedile and Quaestor.

Sith Warmaster, Obelisk Prelate, Krath Archpreist - You are allowed to select two pupils to guide and train. Same rules for DJK apply to you.

Dark Side Adept and up - Two apprentices. You are allowed to guide and train your pupil but the same rules apply as far as promotion and awards. They must go through myself or the QUA.

Note to the Apprentices - This isnt to just the rank of apprentice, but all who do not hold the rank of Dark Jedi Knight of higher. Do not beg for a master. Prove yourself and one will come to you. To do this, be active on the MB's, IRC, and e-mail. Get your name out into the house and you will be approched.

Note to the Masters - You are the apprentices master. I expect a bond to be made. As well as for the apprentices to learn. You are to stay within guide lines until the official program is released. I am doing this to see how the house will do with an M/A program. I never had a master, only a mentor. So show me why I should allow the house to use an M/A program. Also, once you have selected an apprentice you are to e-mail myself and the QUA before any of the training is done. Since the current RM holds the position of Clan Envoy and his job is training of apprentices, he is to be included on this e-mail as well.

Note to Ziost - This program only extends into Ziost and the clan summit. If the Consul or Proconsul wishes to select an apprentice from house Ziost, they are more than welcome to. But QUA's,AED's ect from other houses or clans are not allowed to be your master while you are a member of Ziost. An exception will be made for the currect RM of Ziost due to his split duties within the clan.

Due to the hassle I have been in the past week I have lost record of the exact competitions going on within the clan. Please read the Consul and Proconsul's reports.

*House Run-On - There is currently a house run on to participate in on the DB message boards. All members within Ziost that hold the rank of Acolyte and up are allowed to participate. Do so.

*Quaestor on LoA - Talon has gone on a LoA for a little while, he will be returning soon and has left myself as acting QUA until his return.

It has been kind of slow this past week for Ziost due to all the holidays. So there is not much to report other than what I have already stated. I am sure this coming weeks report will have much more. I appologise for the report being so short, but thats about all I can do is appologise. Until next time.
