So, I got the Styx Anthology for Christmas. I am now complete. You know, I 
used to hang out with their drummer.  



Long week last week. Really really long week. I mean, it was never ending. 
that, and I thought that there was extra time in there somewhere. I started 
school again. Tis sad. I found out that I need to start doing better in my 
legal Writing class -- I blew it off at the end of the Semester, and that 
wasn't good. Oh well -- still have another 50% of the grade left to get.  



I have to retake a portion of an exam on Wednesday....dumb teacher f'ed it 
all up and now we have to redo. Sucks ass.  



I've been pretty steady on a diet and weight training regiment since exams 
started, but I really kicked into gear last week. I lost five pounds in my 
first week of doing it. The goal: get back to the shape I was in when I took 
the picture that is up in the gallery before my wedding.  



Not much else going on. I am very glad for the long weekend. Short report 
again this week.

I've spent a lot of this past week cleaning shop and catching up with 
people. I still have a lot to do in that regard, but I feel good about where 
we are and where we are heading.  



One thing I have been encouraged with this week was the ability of some 
people to come talk to me about their problems. There has always been a 
problem in the DB where the leaders have to deal with problems after they 
have boiled over -- something that can always be solved through 
communication. A couple people have taken advantage of that this week, and 
it helps out a lot. I think I forced a few by requiring internal reports, 
but all the same, it is good progress.  



I don't have much else to say this week. We're getting back into the hunker 
down and work mode....

Kaiann coined the phrase &quot;JACtion&quot; the other day for the actions that I 
needed to take to get him along the way on some projects. I am stealing it.  



I am still working hard on the Covenant. My goal is to have it finished and 
to Trev by this weekend. As you can imagine, it's a ton of work. There are 
27 pages of rules and regulations to go through -- I have about 10 to go, 
and then I need to write another 6 or so.  



In going through it, I think that Trev has done a remarkable job so far. I 
think the Covenant will clarify a lot and will help us get our footing on 
things.

The design for the Rebirth site is going well. I have a few more things to do on it still, and then I can plug it into the code. I had hoped this would be done earlier, but things got in the way. Oh well.

I'll keep you updated as I progress.
