The Clan is in a better position now than it ever way. With our triumphs in

the Great Jedi War, The Krath Rite of Supremacy etc, it is clear that Taldryan

is a force to be reckoned with.

Darth Jac is on temporary LOA, due to a death in the family so be sure to give

him your support and compassion. These times are the most difficult for

anyone to handle.

www.Krath.org is up and running, after a slight server issue. I am sure that

the website will be fully functional by the end of the week. And lets not

forget that the ACC championship tournament will be starting soon, so be ready

to compete. I have also been informed that the Independent games might be

starting in Mid April. I will keep you posted with any breaking news.

The Ros results are in and those of us who participated should be receiving

your medals and awards by now. For winning the RoS Tally was granted;

Taldryan is awarded 3 x Imperial MPDSL + 5 x Tie Crawler

Okay here are some of the title competitions that are currently out on the

market.

1)Sith Competition:-

The Greatest Warrior of All Times...

In the spirit of farce, and fun, I'm going to be picking one "warrior" each

month, for people to write about. This "warrior" is going to be someone from

within the Brotherhood. Each month, people will get to write about this

warrior in farce, slapstick, and good-natured fun stories.

If Jac is the warrior, everyone can write about the accomplishments of the

Grand Master, who is a nitwit, and gains more victories out of sheer luck,

rather than skill. If the warrior is Yacks, you car write about a self-

indulgent, half-wit warrior who is much like Casey Jones (all talk, no bite).

If the warrior is Shadow, you can talk about the fierce fighter who runs

around, and frightens off his enemies by showing them the STD's he has, and

asking how to get rid of them. Heh.

This competition will run for as long as people find it interesting; that's

why the competition is submitted for the next year (just in case).

Each story must be at least a page in length, size 12 font, Times New Roman.

Awards will be First-level Crescents, and all entries will be judged by

whomever the "warrior" for the month is; each "warrior" will receive a Dark

Cross for being a good sport. In this, the Dark Council is encouraged to

participate, and may even be among the "chosen warriors."

3)Ektrosis Weekly Topics Series

Topics will be released each week, (the "open" topics, explained later, will

be once every two weeks) for a total 6. Submissions must be received by the

Saturday after the topic is announced. Then on Sunday two new topics will be

released.

One topic, known as the "open" topic, will allow any kind of submission.

Fiction, poetry, articles, graphics, powerpoint, videos, flash, mp3s or a

combination of the above are all acceptable. These are designed to sharpen

multimedia skills and will be released once every two weeks.

The other topic, the "structured" topic, will have more strict requirements

asking for maximums or minimums and clearly defining what the platform is.

At the end of the competition, the 5 overall winners, determined by

participation and placings, will earn additional awards.

4)One Word Run On

One word Run on competition: this is purely participation based, as long as

the sentences make some sense. No double posting or any other kind of repeated

posting. Other that that, there are no rules, have fun. At the end of March

the numbers will be tallied and the most number of posts will win the comp.

Open to the entire house.

5)Ektrosis Run on: Treasure Hunt

The Dark Halls of Taruma resonated a holorecording of the Late Prince

Tiberius, who died mysteriously with multiple stab wounds to the back.

"Greetings Lords and Ladies of Ektrosis. This is Tiberius Claudius Germanicus

Tang'va. If you can see me now, it probable that I have been either executed

or have been brutally murdered. It just saddens me that I would not have the

pleasure of killed you all before this travesty. For if I had succeeded then

there would be no one to listen to this recording. But that’s life."

Sabre was the first to pause the recording, "sheesh, even in death his jokes

stink!" The Quaestor then returned to his seating position and pressed the

control for the recording to proceed.

"Now this is my last will and testament. As most of you know I have amassed a

massive fortune in jewels and artefacts from across the galaxy. One of the

perks for being a royal prince. I have hidden this massive treasure some where

in the Ektrosian compound, but no further that the jungle borders. The first

person to find this treasure will be its new owner. That is my testament to

life that I should be remembered for all times as the one Ektrosian member who

caused the whole house to fight amongst each other for my property. "

The image bowed and faded away. Sabre turned to the face the other members of

Ektrosis only to find that every one had already left the audience chamber,

and heading for the main excavation depository in the compound.

OCC: - Okay I guess that quite forward. All you have to do is write a

continual story about how you try to locate my treasure. You can do it by

yourself or you can work in teams, but only one person can own the whole

treasure in the end. So if you are in a group, you most likely will have to

fight your partners for the final reward.

You must not write about actually opening the chest only how you came to find

it. I will write the last post about what is exactly in the chest and what

your reward is. Now those of you who don’t know the layout of the Ektrosian

compound should talk to either blade or Dark Sabre.

The most well written and well versed post will win the crescent. This is not

designed to be a one post run-on, thus the story must flow from post to post.

There is no length requirement but 100 words should be the minimum.

This competition is opened to the entire house, and every one can participate.

First place: Emerald Cres, Second place: Topaz Crescent, Third place: Quartz

Crescent. The greatest contributor to the Run on will also get a Dark Cross.

The criteria that I will be judging the best poster will be on grammar and

spelling.

As I said before every one in the house can participate including leaders, and

I hope this will generate enough activity for this month. The competition ends

on the 30th of March 2005. I will also be placing a few well positioned posts

of my own into the loom to either throw the participants off the scent or give

clues as to the possible location of the treasure. This is designed to be a

fun competition, so enjoy.

one of these competitions. Especially mine. The One word run on and the Run

on Treasure Hunt should not be too difficult, its just some casual writing to

pass the time, but with rewards. So participate damn it, or I will let Shadow

have his way with you. :P

I was told that our Beloved former TET Apoc is gone on another Extended leave

of absence. Wish him well and that he shall return to us soon.

Now i have not gotten a responce for my Trivia for some time, and I have a

desire to remove it from my report. But i am going to give it a few more

tries. The first person to send me a response in my phyle or Chaos' will get

a medal.
