Don't get me wrong, I sometimes (as 'sometimes' as like a day ago) don't get my foot shoved into my mouth fast enough to shut me up. Call it heat of the moment, misunderstanding, overreacting... whatever... it happens. And when it happens, if I have overstepped, I come clean... but that's all on me. So, for the love of Pete... lay off the staff!! They're, most likely, working by my instructions. They have their opinions, ways of doing things and all of that... but there are some things that I don't leave them much room to move in - simply, because it has to be that way sometimes.
