Consul Kir got promoted to Dark Adept!! Congratulations to Kir, and a big thanks to everyone I asked to help write up the recommendation. Sorry if I didnt ask you but I had to do this within a week so I picked the people I saw on IRC the most.
Speaking of Kir, he has announced that he is going to announce a new Proconsul in the next few weeks. Of course hes making us all wait to find out who it is, so expect that in the next little while.
Still plugging Republic Commando Its so much fun. I cant get enough of the ACP Array Gun (basically a shotgun). Nail a guy in the face at close range and its a one hit kill. The ACP Array, the DC-17M blaster and the DC-17M Anti-Armor kick ass and switching between any combo of the three works really well. When you get a certain amount of kills it says youre a menace to the galaxy, after that it says let youre anger guide you which is the longest killing spree Ive had. Anyways if you like guns, you like SW and you like MP buy Republic Commando.
The Novae and Seals have been dished out for the Krath Rite of Supremacy, you shall hear no more about this from me now. Good work to everyone who helped out and earned themselves a Nova or Seal.
Nex and Ben are still working on creating a Taldryan Allegiance team. I know Ziggy wants a training lesson soon so well probably do that sometime during the week. If you wanna come check it out be around on IRC. If youre interested but dont have a clue on how to get started email Benevolent.

The SHAFT arrived and people are already rocking out the activity to get the best reward possible. Basically this is an MP Free-For-All. You can play fun matches or matches for other competitions in the DB (yes they must be DB-related) and report your wins to me. Each win gets you a point. The Greatest Warrior The SHW is running another fiction-based competition but this one is more on the lighter side. Basically he chooses the greatest warrior of each month and its our job to write about that persons goofish exploits. Completed the Promotion Guide to my satisfaction finally. It took a long time, but we now have a very straight-forward outline of the ranks from Apprentice to Jedi Hunter, as well as the Dark Jedi Trial for those who wish to prove themselves and earn their lightsabers. Still working on a Royal Guard competition. I have the basics down and I think it could be pretty cool if we have some real activity/competitors. But alas, my downfall is usually expecting people to be active.

The Krath High Priestess, whos going on 2 years in her position, has announced that shell be resigning in April due to real lifetime constraints. Its sad to see Alanna leave the position since shes done such a great job with it, but on the plus side she is coming back to active status in Taldryan! So, yay Lannie.

In SWG news, not sure if anyone cares but, the DBPA got attacked by some rebel guys, so they gathered a much larger force and went to destroy the rebels base. The people that helped all got Grand Crosses of the Dark Side.
The Jac is back and busy as hell. Though he did manage to mention that he also enjoys RC. He also mentioned the Episode 3 trailer that aired last Thursday night after the OC. It looks very promising and if you havent seen it yet, download it ASAP. The amount of amazing saber duels and space battles will make up for any lack of story or continuity in my opinion. Its also dark as hell. Fits perfectly with the rise of the Sith. May 19, Episode 3 hits theaters.
The SHW is planning on having an Allegiance tournament in the near future. He also plans on promoting it by offering up ships of some kind to the winning Clan. We need to pwn that up too so get into Allegiance.
The Republic Commando Tournament has been pushed back a week due to a lack of server, or the ability to have real dedicated servers yet. They should be working on a patch to address some of the MP server-related issues.
