After long debate the new name for Clan Alvaak and his Houses has been chose.
For the time been Clan Alvaak will be known as Clan Exar Kun after one of the greatest Dark Lord of the Siths ever.
House Ronin will be known as House Ziost, for Ziost was the capital of the Great Sith Empire.
House Auctoritas will be known as House Korriban after the burial place of the Dark Lords and Sith Lords.
House Dominatus will be known as House Byss after the secret planet used for reserces by Darth Sidious, knows also as Emperor Palpatine.
Those names are all names of power for each darkside user, it be a Dark Jedi, a Sith or a Dothomirian Witch and with this change, we finally freed ourself from the Emperor's Hammer and his leader that has ruled our Clan for soo many years.
I hope this 'new beginning' will clear our name from the hate and illwords our members has recived only for been member of the the 'GA toy', to make it polite, and to begin working and fighting with the other clan as equal.

No one knows 100% if they are the same. Perhapes Sidious is Palpatine's master?

Very nice, the idea of having a Clan Exar Kun has crossed my mind in the past, so it's actually rather nice to see it happen. Fictionally speaking I am rather pleased that another Clan is to have historical links to the Sith Empire, for up until now only Clan Naga Sadow has held true to the ancient ways. It should provide a nice fictional rift between our two Clans, for Clan Naga Sadow has always claimed to be the Heirs to the Empire, yet Exar Kun too claimed to rule the Sith, so it offers some nice paths to follow...
Anyhow, very nice to see...and Khan, you need to change that ID Line :P

Can't say I'm a big fan... Exar Kun is too well-known a name. I would have prefered something a little more... obscured by the mists of, "Only geeks should recognize this!" :P
The House names are alright, although... Korriban leaves a little to be desired. Byss seems, again, overly obvious.
All in all, I think they're better names than the old ones, but I wouldn't be at all perturbed to hear some other thoughts on names.
perhaps ya'll should migrate over to the DB Soap Box on the MB and discuss this there.

I'd agree with Mage. I take it that because it says "for the time being" you're thinking of changing them again?
