Evening my minions and fellow members of HAD. Once again I, as Quaestor, have been inspired to sit down and write another report. Things are happening, awards have been won and changes are on the way so I figured it was about time for an update.

It’s nice to see everyone contributing so much, keep up the good work everyone. Also, I should remind people if you are eligible to submit an event to the IGs do so as quickly as possible so we can look good.

With the Independence games getting started in a few short weeks everyone should be doing something to warm up. I suggest the Caption Comp being run by Saitou (for DG members) or any of the monthly topics whose details can be found here:

Finally, I have something I would like your opinion on. Talk has started this week, once again, about turning HAD into a full multi-order house. HAD would then include Sith, Krath, and Obelisk orders all taking direction fro the current summit. Now, we as the leaders of this House have very strong opinions about this subject. We have all been here a long time and many of us are attached to the way things are. There are some benefits to going multi-order and there are also some disadvantages but I’m not going to go into great detail here. Since I don’t think the summit will reach a decision on this topic, and I don’t feel we should without consulting everyone, I would like to here your opinion-that of the general membership. Feel free to tell me or any of the house leaders what you think about this proposal or if you just want more info. I’ll ask that if you do want to say something that it be a private email so no one should feel any pressure to say certain things or restrain themselves. I just want another take on this subject before we make a choice that will change the face of the House and Clan.
