• Site Reconstruction

  A lot of things have prevented me from doing updates. When I'm not exhausted from doing all the RL stuff I have going on I'll do a massive update.

SWGN site design is up. Functionality is on hold for a bit because of other projects the P:SCL is doing. The site will still feature info on all SW games and SW-based mods for non-SW games.

Celebration III Insanity

If you go to TheForce.Net you'll see what I mean. Everything is Celebration III this and Celebration III that. Yeah I'm jealous that I didn't get to go, but sheesh - don't rub it in my face TheForce.Net! Unfortunately all the links are to Hyperspace on the Official Star Wars site. Damn you Lucas, trying to bleed your fans dry!

Another somewhat busy weekend for me. Another person to help with moving. Laundry needs to get done. SWG is slowly consuming my life, but in a good way. I need to just get away from reality a little more often.

I wish I could be at Celebration III. I wish I had a set of Stormtrooper Armor. I wish I had serious power tools like my father. I wish Wal-Mart didn't want to bulldoze my backyard to build a supercenter. I wish I just had the means to move out of the house I'm in and into something with more room, with a floorplan that made sense.

Overall it's tough being the man behind the mask. Thankfully I have a mask to hide behind, a place to escape the reality and have fun for a change. Even just hopping into IRC here and there is escape enough to make me a happier person. I thank the membership of the DJB for giving me a way to escape.
