In similiar fashion to... well, everybody... the Office of the Master-At-Arms is now creating a Guide.

This new document, unofficially being referred to as 'The Brotherhood Guide to Promotions, Positions, and Transfers', will encompass everything that the MAA and his (able :P) staff are responsible for. It will review Promotional Authority, ranks (and everything about them, including soft minimums/maximums), Position Appointment (a comprehensive How-To), allowable reasons for transfer requests, and much, much more!

This guide will be posted after a few criteria are met:
a) Everything on the list of objectives covered in the guide.
b) Proposals for changes to promotional authority, minimum/maximum ranks, strict transfer protocol, etc. reviewed and judgement passed on them.
c) MAA gives me the big thumbs up on the final product. :P
