Finally, I got a submission from Shimas for the detailed character history comp. Seriously, you guys need to at least submit for a comp. I have the power to award dark crosses for participation. If Shimas is the only one I will give him a dark cross. But its not my lack of rewards, its you guys who get promoted and have those shiny medals on your dossiers for activity. On a lighter note, we got rid of mendicino and duriel because they had inactive dossiers.
