Greetings Oriens Obscurum,

We have greatly improved since my last report, there is quite a bit to report and there are some thing's I would like to get off my chest. As of late I've been seeing a pattern in our newer members and why they are leaving. I feel that this is due to a lack of leadership. If we are to become a force to be reckoned with we will need focus and dedication. Our activity level wont change over night but with the help of each other I feel we can become stronger and more prepared for future competitions. Arcona is on the rise and I am very pleased to see that our new members are taking the initiative by participating as much as they can. We dont have too many veterans here but the ones we do have I have seen go AWOL. You are the ones who should be guiding the younger members but this isnt happening. I want Oriens Obscurum to be a fully functional family unit but we cant do that if the Grandaddies of the Clan dont pass down the useful information needed in helping the younger members become more efficient members. Thing's need to change and if I dont see a change then I will personally see to it that the problems of HOO are remedied. We need to get it together or we will remain the laughing stock of the DB. We need to get it together for the future of Arcona. I'm seeing too much laziness, in not only this House but this Clan so work with me and help me rub victories in the faces of those who said we werent good enough to be at the top of the list.

Alot of good thing's happened this week but in the midst of the good thing's was alot of bad and I'm sure you all know what I'm referring to. If not then you didnt read the beginning of this report. I am VERY pleased to see potential in some of our newer members. We dont need numbers to be a threatening House all we need is focus and that is why I will be starting a series of competitions to train those of you who are new. If you dont know already I have started a Run On. It's just for fun but if we ever have any competitive Run On's you'll be prepared.

Great thing's are in the making for Oriens Obscurum so keep your eyes open and be patient.

Also I have taken every member out of a Battle Team because I feel that only the best of the best should be placed. This isnt personal just a re-orginization process. Pandragon is a writing based team and Galeres is a Gaming based team. If you feel you are good enough to be on a team let me know and I'll look into it.
