<td>As stated in the Consul's report... it's been a slow week, in
general. I got to hob-nob with a few folks on IRC, which was a nice
change of pace - but I still hate chat :P</td>

<td>What I didn't realize is that there seems to be a restrictive feel
to the Clan mailing list - no doubt based on the whimpering of a few
Clan members that joined an online club, but don't like the e-mail - the
most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Nevertheless, I am inclined to
adhere to it, despite my better judgment and will just have to seek new
ways to feel out the mood of the Clan. </td>

<td>Alright, so...I am not going to be the PCON that hunts down the
inactive members - I did that for a whole year, and it was a pain in the
ass and was only minimally worth it - I will leave that to the
House leaders - with that, I have a proposition. Of course, this will
require you to read this report, and if you do... pay attention: If you
feel you are active, mail me - I don't care what position you hold, or
don't hold - if you think you're doing your fair share, drop me a line.
You are the folks I want to hear from - and want to gear competitions
specifically for. You want Clan-level awards, promotions and all that
stuff? - well, I need to know who you are so I can keep track of you. I
don't give a crap about spam - so mail me as much as you need to to get
my attention. </td>
