Welcome, everyone, to the seventh House Bane AED report! A pretty active week, with a lot more members being chosen for the House Battle Team, Heretics of Bane!!! :-) Also, a lot of new competitions out there.....so check them out!!! **

The first round of the BT competition ends on the 11th, this coming Wednesday. No submissions for the fiction part will be accepted after Midnight, Pacific Time, August 10th. Anything submitted after that will be deleted. Trivia sheets will be distributed to the BTLs for handing out on Tuesday night. From then, your BT members have one week to fill them out and turn them in to me. In the event of a tie in the Trivia competition, the tied BTs will elect one person to answer questions about their own House members to determine a tiebreaker.

Lusankya's JA Server Website

Just an update for everyone, I've created a website for my Jedi Academy Server which contains a list of all the maps, mods, and models installed on the server on the left hand side with links to their download sites. Also on the site is a JA+ Tracker, which allows you to see all of the current stats of the server. These stats include server IP address, who is playing, what map is currently being played on, weapons enabled, current Cvars, force powers, and more! Check it out: http://ja.wcfas.org

<span class="style26">-Gaming and ICTE</span><span class="style25">

  </span>Every **Tuesday** and **Thursday** the DB sponsers an open gaming event in channel <span class="style33">**#GMRG**</span> on the Undernet IRC Server. Platforms involved are JO/JA/Xvt/XWA/SWGB, etc. You earn a **Cluster of Fire **for every win and one for every three losses! This leads up to the Inter-Club Training Event (or ICTE for short), which is hosted every **Saturday** in** <span class="style33">#outerrim</span>. **In this event you will play not only fellow DB'ers but gamers from other clubs! Also, by gaming in any of these functions, you will qualify to participate in the bi-weekly** Sunday Tournament!**

-GMRG Competition #1: Assassinate the Jac!

This will be the first in a series of GMRG training exercises conceived to better explore possible scenarios in which the Grand Master might be vulnerable--that we might better protect him.

Your mission is to devise and implement a horribly elaborate and intricate assassination plot aimed at eliminating Grand MasterJac .

This will be a fictional submission in either .doc or .txt format. One page minimum. Original artwork is also encouraged. Please send all submissions to [Log in to view e-mail addresses], submissions will be due by August 11th. Crescents will be awarded to the top 3 entries.

This competition is actually open to the entire Dark Brotherhood. But Royal Guard members who fail to participate will be penalized for not participating in my super cool competition and hurting my feelings.

P.S. Bonus points for making Jac suffer before he dies! Bonus points for killing Mav too! :D

Information has been 'received' that a group of young Jedi Knights have uncovered a book filled with ancient Krath rituals previously unknown. The Krath High Priestess has given the order for anyone willing to go to Duxn and retrieve this book from the tomb of Freedon Nadd. You may go by yourself or with a team of up to three people. Expect to encounter poor conditions and some uptight Jedi Knights. Bring back that book at all costs.

10 pages or more Times New Roman at 12 point font, .rtf or .doc please. You may co-write with up to two other people. Please include dossier numbers and ID lines.

The Consul of Plagueis has gathered the Battleteam leaders and House Summits to announce the formation of a search party for Former Consul and Grand Master Chi-Long. Detail in 1-2 pages where you looked for Chi. Did you find him? What kind of state was he in when you did find him? Was it a wild goose chase?

In preparation for the upcoming ORoS in september, the Clan PCON has brought back his famous Riddle Me This comp to promote and test the clan's knowledge of the Obelisk Order.

  For the Entire Month of August, the PCON will be releasing a total of 20 riddles one at a time to the Clan on this topic, which can be found on the IRC channel, in his Reports, or on the clan mailing list. First person to answer each riddle receives a Crescent with Quatz Star. Top 3 members at the end of the month get 3rd Level Crescents.  



  But thats not it, as a famous part of the Riddle Me This competition; members have a chance to beat the PCON at his own game. Submit a riddle of any Obbie or Plagueis theme and beat the PCON to earn a Legion of the Scholar.

As a new clan forged from two different pasts, our struggle for a individual Clan Identy has become our primary focus. As such, we need to fill our archives with interesting and historical data of Plagueis, its Houses, and its membership.

Disciples of Plagueis are asked to write a one and a half to two page (1.5-2 pgs) story of the recent events within and surrounding the Clan. Time Frame can be any from Braecen's and Chi-Long's leaving, to any event before August 31st. Be creative and Have Fun!!
