Resignation
Well I'm sure you've all noticed my lack of activity in the last few weeks or so. I don't have tons of time for this place anymore, but my full reason is that I'm just not motivated to be in the club anymore, so I'm gonna be on my merry way. I had already talked to Firefox about resigning a while ago and apparently he was gonna find a replacement. I was waiting around till he did so. However, I'm just taking up space to be honest. Whether I resign now or when he finds a replacement won't make a bit of difference, since I'm not doing anything. So I'll resign now.
Anyways, I'm resigning OHC and I'll be quitting the DB, and likely I won't be coming back. I'll be on IRC every now and then, but nothing too regular. Every week or so, something like that. I must say I've had a great time in this club. I've been here for about 2.5 years now, so it's about time I burnt out with it. :P Anyways, I've made some good friends here (hell I met my fiancé here), but I won't list everyone individually. You know who you are (mostly the cool guys in #dinaari).
Now on to the official business like crap. The server will expire at the end of the month. Bloodfyre is going to start up a new one and pay for it as far as I know. I gave him tons of info, so he can get it like the old one was or whatever he wants to do. :P Also, I'll be handing IRC channels over to whoever will be my successor and all that good stuff. The website can also be used in its full goodness by my successor. Let's see, oh if my successor plans on doing the Blood Feud I was gonna do, he can have my graphics too, but that's doubtful. That should be it for all the official crap.
Apparently the original resignation wasn't satisfactory (glares at mav), so let me put in a few more things to clarify some issues. I'm not resigning because of the split or any issues that have anything to do with the DB at all. I'm resigning because I'm moving on with real life. To tell the truth I was about to resign right before the split. However, the split brought forth a great new beginning to this club and I really wanted to be a part of that. Since the split, a lot of good things have happened. I haven't contributed a lot because this term as OHC sucked for me. I'm glad I did a better job last time, but this one wasn't satisfactory. Have fun with the good "new" club guys. :)

You know, Sharad. This reminds me of something my father told me. He had just been out of town for the weekend on business, and had brought me back a postcard. I will never forget what he said to me when he placed in my hand. He said,
"Here."
Anyways, that's always touched my heart and your resignation reminds me of that for some reason :P Sorry to see you go man, we will miss you.
Shar, you were among the first to welcome me to the brotherhood and to Taldryan. I definitely count you as one of my many friends in this club, and I am saddend to see you leave. I am honored to have known you and Anga. Taldryan will surely seem diminished.
