Important Stuff

Konnichiwa, meat puppets. Thought you'd escaped me, didn't you? Thought there wasn't going to be a Quaestor's Report this weekend? Wrong... ^_^

Okay. Firstly, and still most importantly, is the Obelisk Rite of Supremacy. The breaking, major news this week is that Arcona (our sworn rivals, and the Clan who we ARE going to beat in this, if it kills us all) have lost their major player- the pre-pubescesent, lifeless Wolvie who spent all day shuttered inside playing multiplayer for them. Without him playing, Arcona will lose a big chunk of the points they would have gained... and that means we can overtake and beat them to third. Also, next round the ACC will come into play- we're attacking Arcona in the next turn, so all you ACC'ers get limbered up- and remember, it's only one battle at a time. But hey.

Lots of people fighting one battle at a time (and winning, because this is CNS and we have the best ACC fighters in the whole Brotherhood) equals lots, and lots, of points. And points equal victory. And victory equals a happy Manji/Goat/Muz, and an unhappy Arcona. Which is always good. ^_^ The deadline for fiction submissions is tomorrow- if you're working on one, get it in to Korras, Telona and Syn Kaek by tomorrow and you shall garner participation points for the Clan. Always good.

It has to be said that I've been impressed by the number of Cluster of Fire emails arriving in my inbox- looks like there are plenty of you willing to go out there and slaughter some fools for Sadow. Very good. You shall be rewarded when this Rite of Supremacy is over, mark my words. ^_^

Secondly- Manji is sick of having a slow dialup connection. It means that it takes him years to download porn. ^^ Only kidding. Secondly... apart from the ORoS, not much seems to have been happening this week. Or if it has, Manji hasn't seen it since he's been back at college. But anyway- everybody get out there and fight in the ORoS! You've managed to impress Manji with your activity- keep it up, and I will ensure that much rewardage is done afterwards. ^^

Medals, Promotions, Random Gubbins

Ho hum- medals this week:

Many Clusters of Fire, to Mihoshi, Isaiah, Kat, Sharmin, Daniel, Phantom, and Lucius. Eep... that's a long list. Keep it up, guys! You rock. All of you.

Also, Novice Oasis got a Crescent with an Amethyst Star for the 'CNS a go-go' competition. Nice one!

Promotions:

Mihoshi was promoted to Protector for rockin' out the ORoS and generally working hard. Keep it up, Miho-chan!

Gyaah... university applications suck hard. If Manji wants to go to Cambridge, he needs to have his Cambridge Application Form AND his UCAS Application Form in by the 30th of September. Yeesh. At least I wrote my personal statement ages ago, so once I get that back I can finalise the Cambridge form then send them both off. And on the plus side, I have other things to distract me when I'm not panicking about that- the band is going well. We recently found a kick-arse drummer, and have a song completed- it's called 'Scion of Death', and it's about Stalin. ^_^ In case you're intrigued, lyrics are below:

Not written by Manji, in case you're wondering- and subject to change. For one thing, 'disrupting time' makes no sense- for another, 'Echoes of Chaos deep within it's eyes' also makes no sense. So yes... subject to change. But the music rocks hard- some nice Slayer/Pantera-esque riffage. Sweeeet. ^_^
