After deep thought I have finally realized how much I need the help of a capable PCON to help me out manage this growing clan and for that reason I have chose to open this position for application. It won't be an easy job and I require the applicants to think twice before apply as I will chose only someone that want to really help us and it's ready to work damn hard.
I belive some requirement are needed so here we go:
-Been a member for no less then a year
-hold the rank of DJK+
-able to respond mails at last in 24 hours
-been able to work with a boring guys as myself heh
-have had previous command experience at no less then AED level.

Thought those are the very basic requirement I know there are some wonderfull leaders outthere that have never be given a change before so if you don't match those requirement but belive you can do it, try to apply anyway but remember that your must be a hell of application to be taken into account.
