Well here I stand before you, leader of the Daemoni Circle

It’s a honor and a privilege to fill the shoes of Frosty Romanae and Dox Romanae, my brothers, and it feels good to know they trust me.

But now I need you to trust me as well, and I hope I will be as much as a leader to you as a friend. If you have suggestions, questions, just something to say. Just E-mail me or PM me on IRC or MSN ([Log in to view e-mail addresses]).

I will continue where my brothers left and will push Daemoni up the ranks.

Note From the Valheru

It has been a very steady and at ease week, try to get working

on those gaming nights and comps!

About those three inactive members of Daemoni. Two of them are excused, however, I will discuss with Frosty about getting them off of Daemoni until they get back.

Although it is a shame to let some of them go, for one is even a Romanae like myself, I feel that, in the bets interests of the Circle, they should be replaced by members willing to be active to Daemoni.

When the Interview with the Chief comp has ended the top three will be rewarded. And I will announce the new right hand of Daemoni!

Quick explanation about right hand:

You are not a Circle Leader.

(So don’t complain about ops like I did :P)

You help with getting the Circle to be active, which means doing comps, encourage gaming nights and even recruit members.

(note on the recruitment, ask me first ;) )

You will write a small report to me every two weeks, doesn’t need to be like this, just about the comps you have done and who won them and what you did to get members to be active. Any misbehavior of the fellow Daemons.

(yes that includes telling your leader is an ass :P)

that’s about it, its more getting to know of how a circle works and how leadership works. Sort of a pre-leadership basis.

Every month, I will send an e-mail to Daemoni asking if you like the Right Hand and the job he does or not. if you say you don’t doesn’t mean you’ll be Right Hand. The one who is will stay Right hand until it goes completely out of control.

Well, that’s about it I guess,

Just be active and be proud of the title Daemon!
