Greetings Exar Kun,
Well I can't vouch for the rest of you but this week has been quite the trial for me, RL (real life) has been keeping me occuped and Plagueis is having a rocky ride at the moment. I have been in London all week, even today I was enjoying the delights of the London public transport. Now apparently Britain is to host the olympic games, all I will say on that matter is god help us.
Of course this particular week is tainted with sadness at the announcement of Virulence stepping down as Proconsul, a well liked and popular leader he will be deeply missed. We also have Scorpius stepping down as Battleteam Leader, though I believe both have expressed a genuine desire to remain in the Clan which is obviously very good news indeed.
Christmas is only around the corner now, so no doubt your already rushing out to buy lots of lovely pressies, or if your like me you will be dragging out the inevitable for as long as possible. Ah well, time to crack on with the report!
There are now a few positions open in Clan Plagueis, I of course encourage you all to seriously consider all the posts on offer but let me offer a word of caution. None of these positions are easy, they are time consuming and hard work. When considering if you should apply think about the time and effort required and also consider whether or not you will have time to do the job justice in a month, two months or more from now.

For several years a group of pirates have been making hit and run strikes against Plagueis and other organisations in the surrounding sectors. Recently however they have become better equipped and organised. Worse still all their attacks have been focused of Plagueis and we are starting to feel the squeeze. Most of our convoys have been attacked which has led to us been dangerously short of vital supplies. Thankfully members of our House have been investigating the incident and have laid a trap to lure the Crimson Tide pirates into attacking. However, they caught our forces by surprise and a terrible battle ensued.
With Jonaleth Isradia commanding the battlefield the forces of Exar Kun rallied and began a devastating offensive against the pirate forces leaving their capital ship crippled. Meanwhile Wil Striker followed one of the fleeing pirates into deepspace. The enemy pilot perished in the jump to hyperspace forcing Striker to directly interface with ships comm system.

Issue 2 is still being worked on by a wide variety of people which I am obviously very grateful for. I need all submissions to be received by November 25th ready for its release on November 30th. It can be virtually anything you like. I ought to point out though that the reward system for contributions will be a little different to what I had hoped for. Regular contributors will of course be rewarded and each issue we hope to nominate an overall article which the membership and the summit feel are the most popular and creative and will recieve a special reward
The most popular article from issue one was Arania's, who's insight into the DB (Darkbrotherood) politics was fascinating. She was awarded a Silvercross for her efforts.

Specifics: Play any SW based games and take three screenshots, they do not have to be from the same game, you could have one SWG, one JA, and one BF2 for example. Write a short story around the three screenshots, describing what's happening in the shots and tying them together. Submissions will be judged on creativity, how interesting the screenshots are, how well they are tied together in the story, and how well you integrate your Character / Battleteam / House / Clan.

Specifics: Clan Plagueis is still making it's way in the Dark Brotherhood and is a critical stage in it's development. Presently Castle Byfrost is heavily reliant on supplies from across the Outer Rim. A new threat has emerged in the form of the Crimson Tide, a well organised pirate faction that has been intercepting our vital supplies. Such is the efficency and devastating attacks quesitons are being asked. How do they know when and where to strike and worse still, does the Clan have a spy working for the Crimson Tide? Shadow Academy - take courses and further your understanding [<font color="#cccccc">
Well I have enjoyed the pleasures of white wine and the not so pleasurable city of London this past week. It seems, out of all the staff working for the company I am the only one capable of going to the city. But today I thought I'd grab my trusty D70 camera and get some serious photography done. Actually my day got off to a bad start, the underground network is divided up unto different 'lines'. One of the most important lines is known as the Circle Line, which runs round all the key locations in London. They chose this particular day to shut down the entire line. Of course I wasn't daunted, there is something known as the District line which I could use to get to the houses of parliment. This alas failed also, because they closed that down as well.
So with my creative hat firmly fixed I have to navigate a VERY long way around before I could get there. Once there I found most of the day had gone and the light was absolutely atrocious so I did get some snaps but not nearly up to my usual semi rubbish standard. But, being the Dark Jedi that I am I did manage to grab a phew sneaky shots such as the British Secret Services building, a charming little complex with meter steel thick doors and bristling with video cameras. Quite how someone on the outside gains entry is anyones guess. I will be sure to post a selection of my pictures in next weeks report!
As hinted at in my email yesterday we had Children in Need, a charitable event held once a year where indeed the famous made complete and utter fools of themselves. The highlight for me was seeing a string of newsreaders do their own rendition of Queen, bohemium raphosdy. The challange for the unfortunate audience was to establish which of them was actually singing in tune. I personally concluded none could.
An amazing week for the House, lots of glorious activity and better still lots of glorious shinys issued. Let me wish you all a hearty congratulations for your acheivements. I feel it's worth pointing out that the whole point of Exar Kun, Clan Plagueis and even the Dark Brotherhood as a whole is to have fun. Never forget that, and remember RL (real life) should always come first.
