MULTI-PHASE LIGHTSABERS APPROVED FOR DJM+ USE

If you've read the Lightsaber combat guide, you'll know that a multiphase lightsaber is a really cool thing. Using multiple crystal configurations to generate different blade lengths or even colors on the fly, mid-strike, and very fast. It is a terribly cool thing. Any Jedi ranked DJM+ who would like to be among the first to use such a cool thing should drop me an email.<p>

Anakin Dynamite...sucks

This little fan-film parodies both Star Wars and Napoleon Dynamite. Now, I'll have to admit that i thought that Napoleon Dynamite was funny. Sadly, this fanfilm is far, far worse than i would have ever expected. I want my three minutes back. I'm not even gonna post a link, so you can't blame me for wasting your three minutes. T3h Suck. Truly.<p>

CGI Mayhem

Jedi Saga
Well, first off, this one ends poorly. Not quite a cliffhanger, but it is not resolved... It didn't work as well as it probably did on paper. Anyway, this one is shot with almost all of the backgrounds digitally added in later... which gives it a very weird feel. The acting is mediocre, and the plot needed some polishing. What i was hoping would redeem it was the saber fights... Every fanflick with Jedi has a saber fight, right? Yeah. Unfortunately, this one blew. Chunks. The cool stuff tho... They used battle droids and even droidekas... and Yoda even makes a holographic appearance. Was it worth the download? Meh. I'll delete it off my hard drive in a day or so. So whatever that tells you. ;)<p>

ATOMFILMS HOSTS BEST JEDI FANFILM CONTEST

Atomfilms.com held a cool competition last fall with the best Sith fanfilms being the genre. Now, they're giving the lighties a chance. Go check it out.<p>
