Consular Moves in Plagueis!

Two months ago the Grand Master appointed me temporary Consul of Clan Plagueis so I could step in and work with the Clan to improve conditions there. In the first long email I sent to the Clan, I told them exactly what I had come to accomplish: fix some apparent problem areas, fill leadership positions, find and train a replacement, and then leave the Clan. On those first few days I created a "To-do" list of major projects I wanted to accomplish, those being:

-Catch up on Promotions/Medals

-Fill Envoy positions

-Fill open QUA and AED positions

-Fill open PCON position

-Institute Activity Tracking system

-Put together Clan Name Award system

-Create an official Clan Logo

-Systematize Master/Student System

-Put together Promotion Guidelines

-Write official Dark Jedi Knight Trials

-Write official Clan Force Powers

-Put together detailed list of Clan Possessions

-Put together detailed list of Clan Fleet

-Ensure "The Chronicle" continued publication

-Reinstitute and systematize Prodigy of Plagueis program

-Get an updated and running Website up

-Being to collect data on Clan History

-Put System Description together

-Train and name a new Consul

I can come before all of you today and say that these goals have been accomplished. My successor will put the finishing touches on the system description, and take the research done on the Clan History and work with the Clan to put it into one coherent document. With these goals finished, I am officially resigning as Consul of Clan Plagueis.

Very briefly, I just want to say that I have very much enjoyed my time in Plagueis. Having been a Taldryan-ite my entire time in the Brotherhood, it was very refreshing to get deeply involved with another Clan. The members in Plagueis responded very well to everything, and showed that they deeply care about the well-being of their Clan. Without all of the active members in Plagueis I never would have been able to get anything done, and I thank them all for that. In particular, I would like to thank Godo, Sarin, Jaysen, Esca, Gaidal, Drodik, and Braecen for all their efforts – these seven (along with everyone else) made my job very easy, thank you.

Now to the announcement that you are all waiting for, the new Consul. It probably doesn’t come as a surprise to any of you that Dark Jedi Master and current Proconsul Sarin will become the new Consul of Clan Plagueis, effective immediately. In the past two months, Sarin has showed that he has the talent, drive, and tools necessary to be a successful Consul in the Brotherhood, and I wish him the best of luck.

With that, I am now returning to my duties as Deputy Grand Master on a full time basis, so you should all be on the lookout for many more annoying emails from me very soon.
